“My first time at the New Lee Wong since that legend of a man Lee retired. Sounds weird but I miss the curtains, all the tat and his epic greeting when calling for a takeaway.The new owners have done well. It’s a lot tidier and more commercial and certainly suited to the casual ‘sweet and sour’ culture that is the British. I was devastated to have my food presented in Tupperware. It really puts me off. The food I did have was a lot different and good in their own ways. Lots of colour and flavours as I’d expect. Staff were very friendly. I’m going to shop about before committing another 30 years to a place so I may be back.For now I will spend most pay days yearning for Lees Crispy Chilli Beef and the subsequent dehydration and gas that it gave me.”

“Brilliant Indian Restaurant

Dined in here on a quiet Wednesday evening. The service is impeccable, and the food is delicious.
Perfect popadoms served with a pickle tray, a great pint of Cobra lager to go with it.
I requested a Lamb Tikka Kashmiri (which is off menu) and they accommodated brilliantly. It was absolutely delicious, and served with a wonderful naan bread.
The staff are very polite and professional, and a hot towel and an After Eight rounded off a great meal.
I’ll be back next time I’m in Huntingdon, that’s for sure.
