Went there last night. What a ripoff. Half of the menu was not available as run out. Whoever does the ordering needs to sort this out. Who has ever heard of Bella Italia running out of spaghetti. Had an alternative but left feeling hungry. Will not be returning in a hurry. Also refused blue light card discount. Thanks for nothing.??

Visited on a Sunday, early December and took our elderly mother.We ordered and waited for 40 minutes before the food arrived, they appeared to have just four staff including the cook.The staff were organised and rushing, but they were let down by a foreign woman standing and chatting loudly to her partner and child each time she went passed.Disappointing that the lasagne, which looked like it had been removed from a square box and placed on an oval dish for heating.The pizzas however were very nice.Vegetarian options: More vegan options would be great.

Came for a meal before going to the cinema with my sister. The service was great and food came out super quick. Gutted too full for dessert but will definitely be back!

Ordered click and collect spaghetti bolognese (expensive (£15 for small portion) got home to find it had fallen out of the cardboard bowl and ripped through the wet paper bag it came in as it had no lid on it.. complete waste and mess

Was dealt with Corey on arrival, professional, pleasant and understood that son has nut allergies from the start. Ensured our needs were met. Also Amy and Olivia were professional and attentive. Would definitely come back. Thank you.

The food is disgusting , the order was cold , the driver delivering the food was rude and tried to push through the door to take the food away and cancel the order, then he threatened me , with calling the police if I didn’t give him back the food he had just delivered. I called the restaurant and Uber to complain and they didn’t want to take responsibility. Absolutely awful experience, will never set foot in that restaurant or order food from them or Uber.

Came in today for dinner and the food and service was excellent. We were asked about allergies upon entering the restaurant and they took extra care with my allergy and made me feel at ease. Overall, really impressed with our dining experience and will be returning to Bella Italia again.

Decided to have a meal at Bella Italia with the kids as a Sunday night treat before they go back to school. Corey the manager was the star of our visit and catered to all our needs. He was a cheerful and polite guy and full of energy. I was stuck between ordering a pizza or pasta, and Corey recommended the Pollo Caccitore pasta and I’m glad I took his recommendation, it was such a tasty pasta. The kids were entertained with colouring whilst waiting for food. Overall, a really good experience after a disappointing experience at Chi next door.
We came in for lunch on Wednesday and it was great. Good menu and they even have burgers if you don’t fancy a pasta or pizza. The staff were friendly and helped with anything we needed.

After a night out at Horror at Hinchinbrook we fancied a bite to eat and it was between here and Chi next door. Sorry to say we picked poorly. On the positive side the food was great and very tasty. On the negative side. There was only 6 tables with people eating or waiting to eat. But more than 6 that had not even been cleaned and covered in glasses and plates. The front of house was more interested in having a laugh and just chatting to each other. When they decided to take our order it then took nearly half an hour to get drinks. The drinks where poured and left on the end of the bar for 15 mins while they had another chat. After this the food was cooked, and the chef had to shout across the room to get them to serve us. Safe to say we will not be returning.

The first of many future visits, a very friendly welcome, we were not rushed for our order to be taken, our food came within a reasonable time for what the three of us had ordered. A Sea Bass, 2 Chicken Milanase, they were extremely enjoyable. As were the deserts, Tiramisu and Millionaire chocolate.I highly recommend Bella Italia in HuntingdonParking: It would help if there were a few disabled bays.
