I won't going here again. Not only was the place full of cobwebs and blue bottles. None of the tables were wiped clean while we there and to top it off our order was wrong when we got it.

Very very very disappointed that on a Friday night, on a very busy service area between A1 and A14 that Burger King is closed at 9pm, while advertised 10pm. Drive through coned off, doors locked and floors being mopped. Having to go to a very busy McDonald’s instead

You can really tell the difference with Burger King. The burgers taste wonderful. The Chicken Royal was just fantastic. Lots of taste and presented really well. The chips were served pipping hot and were delicious. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I will definitely return here.

Absolutely filthy carpark rubbish everywhere very dirty inside food all over the floor toilets looked disgusting and very dirty food was barely hot after waiting a very long time for it to made staff didnt seem to care about there job won't ever be returning

Meal was good. It was hot fresh and tasty.Met Burger King standards.However what let the store down was the following.Tables were not cleaned.Bins were nearly overflowing .No hand sanitizer on entry.Front door hand a million finger prints on the glass.Front door matt looked dirty.Toilets were not clean.There were no table numbers on the tables.So when you used the self service system you were not able to allocate your order to a table.When looking into the kitchen there was food spillage on the floor which could have easily been swept up.There was no coke zero available on the drinks dispenser.Display fridges at the front counter had product that looked like it had been thrown in .Disappointed as this store has let the brand down.

The beef burgers were fine but the chicken was dry and chewy. The restaurant was dirty with lots of discarded receipts and straw wrappers all over the floor. There are only 2 ordering screens and you have to queue in front of the door in order to social distance. The single toilet is in constant use by travelling folk and was in a terrible state. The staff were working hard and concentrating on making food and serving. There needs to be more staff looking after the building too.

I'm not a huge fan of fast food burger eateries, but if you get the craving, Burger King is the best of the chains. The Angus Steakhouse is good and their fries these days are delicious. This outlet is clean and the service friendly, but they didn't have all options in the soda machine and it's not that user friendly. So good marks for food, but less for the tech.
Friendly staff that was it...food was ok...toilets where absolutely discuting. Rancid...dirty tables...flies all round the counter...I wouldn't let my dog eat in there...unbelievable

Went for a rest stop and some thing to eat at 7pm Burger King was the only thing open.

We went there on the way to london , I and my girlfriend had voucher from app , the manger (james) was not happy cuz of vouchers , insisting and saying u can use only one voucher , we accepted the fact and download another app into my girlfriend's phone then,he was getting more mad,he was rolling his eyes and his head once he put the order through.

Good hot food and friendly service. Tables were a little dirty, but after watching how people left the tables, not exactly the staffs fault. Good place to stop and makes a nice change to a big services where you can't even hear yourself think.
