As someone else said, had to sort my own table… literally EVERY single table in the entire place had dirty cups etc, yet only about 3 customers were in there as this was around an hour or so before closing - 2 young members of staff more occupied with other things than making the space the customers were sitting presentable. As a paying customer in a coffee shop that is practically empty I shouldn’t have to remove dirty cups and plates from one table to another just to sit down. Not a nice environment. Better management needed.

I was given dirty spoons to stir my hot drinks with. which were replaced with yet another dirty spoon. When complained to staff I was given an excuse that it was a permanent stain on the spoon. The sofa also full of stains. Dirty tables and not wiped after customers have left. Staff looked stress out by the massive queue of people waiting to be served. Having worked in this industry myself many years ago I found this place disgusting and would be ashamed to call this filthy cafe my workplace. I didn’t even finish my coffee as the dirt everywhere put me off and didn’t want to end up with upset stomach. I will never visit this place again and I hope not many people will after seeing my photos. I will be reporting this place to environmental agency.

Currently on crutches after a bike accident. Staff have always offered to carry my coffee to my seat without being asked. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice quiet coffee house. Busy but you can still have a conversation with someoneVegetarian options: Ordered a vega sausage roll by mistake. Wasn't that bad would definitely get try againParking: Car park 2-5 min walk depending where in the car park you've parked

Omg the service is so slow in Huntingdon branch. I could have gone home and made it myself by the time they finished it. 1 member that was supposed to be serving was just standing gossiping to another. I nearly left the queue. They would make so much more money in this branch if they just moved away from snail pace!

Absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs. Despite accepting our order, they delivered an entirely incorrect order, together with a note saying they had been unable to fulfil it so had substituted items. The items were entirely unrelated to what we had ordered, however e.g. 3 bacon ciabattas had been substituted with 3 sausage rolls (pastry). When calling them, they were very unhelpful and said they were too busy with customers to call people if they weren’t able to fulfil orders, and would always substitute things with other things similar in price - even if they weren’t similar?! They completely overlooked the fact that we were customers as well, even if we were having it delivered to us and not going into the cafe, and in fact had spent over £30 on the order. If you order from here, you have to do so in the knowledge that you’ll get whatever they want to give you, and not what you ordered.

Unfortunately, due to the size and layout, it can become very restricted and bustling during busier times like lunch. The food and coffees are good though - and the service is mostly very friendly.Vegetarian options: Ok choice of veggie options - and some vegan too.Dietary restrictions: All food and drink is allergy labelled. There are plenty of vegan options, in terms of plant milks being offered, and GF options too.
Tense atmosphere. I think the 3 women staff had an argument. Coffee luke warm, muffin stale. Didn't complain, I just wanted out of there, away from the dreary energy.

Nice cafe Nero but slow service and the coffee tasted burned, milk way too hot and in general not a good tasting coffee for the price.

I have been to this Neros many times before, however this will be my last visit after suffering two extremely rude waitresses who lack all warmth you should have in this industry. Just before I was served, a chap questioned his order of an espresso with milk as he’d been given a macchiato instead. Which the waitress informed him the name of the coffee and sarcastically said “enjoy” scoffing at her coworker. I came away with my order with my small child and realised I didn’t have the coffee I thought I had ordered and basically got told to rejoin a huge queue whilst our food sat getting cold outside, with a hungry tired child after swimming this was not possible and when I asked if she could bring over later she flatly refused any form of payment at the time, just gave excuse after excuse. The lack of friendliness left me feeling tearful and unwilling to go back later for a coffee. Very sad

It's a really nice place to have a coffee, but the service is do slow. I realise that it's down to the coffee machines but perhaps of they had two machines it would help
