Nothing wrong with the place but is not what you expect. It’s not lying it is an outlet (ie shop) at their factory. But factory outlet makes you think savings and real discounts …. most of the stuff was “buy 2 save 10%” they had some stuff that looked good (refurbished velvitisors) but then you realised their in store vip club price is only a little more. In my opinion not worth going too unless you specifically want some chocolate from them and are in the area for something else.

Great factory outlet shop, but very small. They have a full inventory with a very friendly staff.Kid-friendliness: Having 3 kids in tow to pickup some Christmas gifts for Mum, may have been my mistake. But the staff were absolute champs about it and we got what we needed and were happy about it.

This is NOT a factory outlet. All the items are full price with a cafe on site. Not worth stopping off as it is misleading to call it an outlet!

I came to purchase a gift to say thank you, and was a bit unsure of what to buy. The team member Molly was absolutely fantastic in talking me through all the different chocolate collections and further options, as well as recommending pairings for the boxes I bought. It was a pleasure shopping at Hotel Chocolat in Cambridge and Molly did them credit.

Admittedly I hadn’t been for over a year but I am not quite sure how this can be called a factory outlet anymore. We called in on the way home and there are no discounts compared to what there used to be and it was all full priced like you pay in store. Maybe 3 lines were discounted. I will not be visiting again

Drove 20minutes to the 'outlet' this morning to find the prices are the RRP prices, in fact can be bought cheaper elsewhere !!It's NOT an outlet it's a rip off, the only discounts are in multi buys.The staff said they had this complaint often, and would pass it on for all the good that will do.I will never shop there again and will look for alternative brands in future.
