My friends mum couldn't have anything on the menu except from chips because of her really bad allergy to lemon and citrus and the lady that served us said that the chicken came in already marinaded so couldn't have that And I hope that in future they would get some PLAIN chicken in the order to accommodate for allergies like this

Diabolical. Ordered for collection way in advance, had to wait an age when I arrived to collect. Food was stone cold and portion size for chips, mash and a burger was a shame for £16. Save your money.

Given the choices of places to dine around the area this venue is located I consider it to be the best choice. Unless you're a Vegan or Vegetarian you can't go wrong with Nandos, it's chicken. A great choice of food for Kids and Adults a like. One observation I would made is the large fries is HUGE. The large rice is what I would consider a sensible portion for one. It it were swopped around this would be better value in my opinion. That said, back to the venue. Clean, Busy. Parking is plenty just DO NOT PARK in the KFC carpark. There is a one hour time limit in that bit. Overall, pricing is as expected and yes, its a tad high but then everything is higher nowadays.

Lovely staff, but unfortunately the failings of this establishment are multiple. My partner and I attended this Nandos for a date on Wednesday evening. We chose midweek specifically as we wished to avoid the weekend rush. Upon arrival, we were informed that there would be a wait of 20 minutes, despite there being multiple free tables. We ended up waiting closer to 40 minutes, as there were no "small tables" available. In spite of this, we witnessed a party of 3 walk in and be immediately shown to a table, whilst we were still waiting. I understand the need to keep bigger tables clear for bigger parties, but a 40 minute wait for 2 people, contrasted with no wait for 3 people (who arrived afterwards) truly beggars belief. In this same time period, a whole football team of schoolchildren, probably 15+ children, and teachers, appeared. They were seated, and proceeded to place their mass order, ensuring that the kitchen would be fully backed up when we finally managed to order food. For perhaps the last 15-20 minutes of our wait, there were at least 2 "smaller tables" that had become available, but unfortunately, these were not cleared, so we were again left waiting. When we were finally seated, I proceeded to order the chicken wings. After waiting perhaps another 20 minutes, I was informed by a (very lovely and apologetic) staff member, that the chicken wings were no longer available due to the football team ordering all available wings. I was offered an alternative meal, which proved to be underwhelming at best, with the chicken being rather dry.I would like it to be known that throughout the whole experience, the staff were all very nice and sympathetic, and I am sure that they were doing the best that they could. However, this restaurant has noticeably slipped in quality over the last few years, likely through no fault of the average employee, but more probably from corporate incompetence and inflexible policies. I will not be returning in a hurry.

I visited this place today with my 2 kids, and the staff were so polite and helpful. It's lovely to go out and have people care about their customers. I would definately visit this particular Nandos again. My local is Bedford and in comparison this Nandos is much cleaner and the staff are extremely well mannered and helpful.

My wife and I usually eat at the Huntingdon branch once a week. The staff are very courteous and attentive. When we visit we are treated almost like Royalty and nothing is ever too much trouble whichever shift is working when we visit. The food is always fresh and hot. One particular manager, a lady called Jamie will go above and beyond. Keep up the good work guys and girls !Parking: Easy parking
