Dreadful garage but unfortunately have to use it . Very poorly stocked shelves and fridges. Food never ready. Milk seems to be a thing of the past. Coffee machine hardly works. Staff poorly trained. I even purchased some gift vouchers from here for a couple of people for Xmas and the staff didn't register them because they didn't know how.they want me to call back between 8am and 4pm which is tricky when you work miles away so the manager can do them. Only use this garage for fuel guys guys, anything else use the BP at Hartford, fantastic shop and service and always fully stocked .

The staff allow lorry drivers to take a full 45 min break at the pump.
Very rude staff. I have visited this store twice in the past week. Both occasions I was served by a woman, I believe her name badge said Paneena.First time she totally ignored me when I entered the shop and stood at the counter. When I asked her to serve me she huffed and looked very put out.The second time was similar.. her colleague was there and they were dealing with an issue where credit cards where no working. I was there to collect a package, so no payment requirements. When I said I was there to collect a package she huffed AGAIN and said “It’s really busy”… I looked around, there was no customers in the store and 2 staff! She didn’t refuse but was clearly annoyed and made inaudible comments under her breath.She was unfriendly, inattentive, unhappy to be dealing with me and made me feel my custom was a problem for them.

Staff is unprofessional. Tries to charge you separately for pastry if you buying it as a deal. People behind the till are completely unprofessional. We were blamed for not paying for coffee but I did paid and have receipt but shell employee didn't listen to me. In the end had to ask for full refund, left with nothing and was told by staff not to come to this shell again!!! Really????

I went here to get car washed,the ladies behind the ramp were great in informing me on the different washes and there are 5 of them,the prices and there recommendations. I don't normally use machine washes because they can be rough on your motor,I would recommend this place in a heartbeat,mainly to see the happy faces behind the counter
