I wouldn’t even give 1 star!Absolutely disgraceful customer service from March desserts this evening.After asking for a refund due to being sent a raw and inedible waffle,I have had the phone put down on me twice,told I was not allowed a refund if I wasn’t to take the waffle back to them,then they told me the refund would take 4 days to process. He was very aggressive and continued to shout at me down the phone.Thankfully,they have now told me they are blocking my number which will stop any temptation to order again?they obviously need the £7 more than I do!

Tonight we attempted to order a pizza deal for our family. Pizza deal 1, for four pizzas The calculations were incorrect, therefore I phoned back to question it. I was told that it was because the deal was for 3 toppings only, which was absolutely fine and i amended accordingly. The price was still wrong, despite already phoning. so I phoned back, the response I received was beyond rude, commenting "are you taking the p##s ?" He proceeded to ban us from ordering again in the future. This would have been a simple task to edit the order to ensure we were being charged correctly. This was unbelievable and frankly The customer service was shocking!! The incompetence of some simple manners and mathematics is beyond believable!!!!!

Absolutely horrible. We didnt get to eat here as when we arrived the very arrogant man behind counter denied that he had seating space and that was after I had booked online and received confirmation that our table was booked. We might have considered a takeaway but the mans attitude was so appalling we left. On a good note we popped into the Rose and Crown next door just for a drink as we were so furious and had a wonderful meal in a delightful pub with wonderful people.

Expensive for what it is nice enough chap but won't be attending again for a dessert, I did see them making a donnor wrap and chips though which looked banging so maybe will be better of with the takeaway next time

Ordered at 8pm delivered at 9:40pm. Food was luke warm and soggy chips. Won’t be wasting my money there again.

The waffle and shake was nice but... I think they've used something out of date or something was contaminated.. out of all the places I've gone to for things like this I've had no issue.. but they gave me a bad stomach a while back... Tried them again last night thinking it may have been something else I ate that day but the same thing happened! I've had to cancel all of my work today which cost me money also being self employed due to waking up in a hot sweat, being in excruciating pain and feeling sick. Won't be ordering from here again!

Do not order… I ordered via just eat and spent £13.50 and received £4 worth of desert!! Proceeded to receive a phone call from a young sounding boy who was accusing me of lying!! 0/10 do not waste your money on this hardly standing establishment…..

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Used to order from here very regularly. But recently services have gone down hill MASSIVELY. Twice I’ve waited 2 hours and 3.5 hours, and still to see no food turn up. Ringing them over and over and they’re saying the foods ready, when hours later it still isn’t with us. Why even lie. What’s the need. Just say you can’t do your job. Simples. They also Sent out the wrong order in the end at the end of the night 11pm so nothing else could be ordered from anywhere else. Went to bed very hungry and very angry. No refund issued Ofcourse as in their eyes we should’ve just ate the food they gave us. Today they apparently can’t even see our order( preorder before they even opened then they accepted when they opened so not sure how they didn’t see it) Absolutely ridiculous. Scammers and all the rest. That’s what they are. you’ll be better of driving to Peterborough kaspas and back and still have time to spare before they’d ever get the food to you and you’ve had a nice little road trip. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Absolute joke of a customer service. Shouldn’t even be in business selling a service you can’t even provide.
