Booking was easy, staff were very accommodating friendly, and food was lovely, would definitely go again but at a quieter time maybe a week day rather than weekend but over all very happy.

Leonardo's Pizza

Probably the best independent pizza place I’ve been to. Ordered several times over the last few weeks while I’ve been working in the area, the food and service has been exceptional every time. The guys in the shop are really pleasant and the food is absolutely top notch.

My wife and i popped to marvh on Saturday for lunch.
We had a lovely meal at the pub, where Christopher and the team couldn't have been more attentive.

This place is a golden nugget, the taste of the food is amazing, the temperature of the food on delivery is perfect!! And it’s bloody good value for money!!

This is by far the best take away in March and I’ve been a loyal customer elsewhere for years!

If this food was served to you at a eat in restaurant you wouldn’t moan, honestly so glad we tried here. We loved it that much 2 days ago we are already back , it tastes that fresh.

Greggs March

This is the best Greggs ever! The one in March is the Greggs to go to. ?? the staff are so friendly here! The tables are always spotless! They are always cleaned as soon as someone has finished at their table. We travel up from Peterborough and I'm Autistic and will only eat the kids cheese sandwiches and they are always available in this Greggs. I can only eat the soft food because I have poorly teeth. I also love the Tottenham Cake because it's soft food. Also the icing is delicious! The Peterborough Greggs does not have it. Which is one of the many reasons we travel up to March.

This is a genuine review, first time trying tonight, food is fresh cooked to order, fish was good, chips are banging, curry sauce nice, sausage could use a slightly bit more batter on them (personally) staff are friendly and polite will order again thanks guys well done

You won’t go wrong with this place, I did see a comment about portion size…. I can say I’ve never had an issue with portion size, always plenty, it’s a struggle to finish sometimes.

Costa Coffee

Costa are all the same really, they provide a first class service. The coffee allways good. I just love the snacks and those crusty savoury rolls. Staff very efficient and pleasantly spoken. Many say expensive, but they are average, in fact the coffee quantity is more than most. The medium size is more than enough. The large has two handles, that's a Challenge for me. So great value. Thanks again.

Tesco Cafe

Not been in here for years, since I worked here actually, service was very very slow and it definitely wasn’t with a smile… I ordered the new drinks special, it was ok, shame there was no chocolate in as the photo shows, but I’d say that all was forgiven as our drinks were kindly brought to us.

SUBWAY

I love Subway, it has awesome vegan sandwiches. My favourite is the vegan meatball marana with loads of alioli on. As regs the staff they are always friendly and helpful. The service is great too. I love going to Subway it always smells delicious. Makes you want one even more when you go in.Vegetarian options: The vegan/vegetarian options are really tasty. And there's plenty of choice.Parking: There isn't any parking available at the shop, but there are free car parks in town not too far awayWheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair friendly and easy to acess

FLAMES BBQ HOUSE

Since giving up meat a decade back, my days of kebab shop haunting seemed in the past. But on a night of refreshment, we had all skipped supper so stopped in, as I was aware they have a halloumi wrap. Was not disappointed. And they have an actual charcoal BBQ going behind a glass counter, where you could watch the meat kebabs being cooked. Friendly, great service, good food.

The Spice Bank

The best Indian me and my partner have ever ordered, came swiftly and piping hot! Everything tasted fresh, the popadoms were crunchy and not bland, the onion bhajis were incredible! Will not be using anyone else in future, thank you spice bank

USA Chicken

By far the best ever kebab ive had EVER. I live on a boat full time traving about and get takeaways every day from many many hundreds of different places and i can most definitely sat this was the best kebab ever. Biggest persion size so big it actually beat me. Chicken was absolutely insane, the mayo was real proper stuff salad was fresh staff was great. Deffo the best

Diana Tandoori

You must try their lamb Jalfrese. It is the absolute best. Succulent lamb, plenty of green chillies. We don't eat Indian often because my wife has a stomach condition. Tonight she had a Chicken Shaslak (?), delicious.

All the food was really good except from one waffle which was not to standard. I got straight on the phone with them and they straight away sent another waffle out in the next 5 minutes. This one still wasn't great which they apologised about after me calling them again and offered me a refund. The refund did take a while getting to my house but it did arrive which is why I'm giving this place a good review. They sorted my problem out and was nice about it so highly recommended ??

First take away here tonight and the food was super delicious and while they were cooking it the person behind the desk was so polite and really nice to talk to, well done all

March Tandoori

Was recommended this place by a friend, the atmosphere and food was amazing and more than what I had expected. Customer service was brilliant, we were served and greeted by Addy who was very helpful and friendly with our children. Addy also provided some free items for the kids and a discount as we explained we have travelled from a few hours away. I cannot fault the place one bit, 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you and will definitely be returning.

The Ship Inn

Cosy pub with a nice veiw over a waterway. A small place so at peak times be prepared to queue to be served. Sells good real ale at a fair price and there are some chairs out front to have your pint in the sun.

Five All's

Lovely little village pub in Benwick with friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Haven’t tried their food yet but have heard good things so will update this review when I have ?

Wong's Crispy Duck

Just picked up a feast for 4 from Asia Secret Recipes and… wow. What a treat! ? We phoned in our order, rocked up 15 mins later, and the food was piping hot and ready to go. Talk about service!

We tucked into:
? Chicken balls (a glorious 10 of them)
? Crispy beef
? Roast pork in black bean
? Chicken chow mein
? Special chow mein
?️ Singapore vermicelli
? Tiny (but mighty) veg spring rolls

All for a really modest price – and we’ve got loads left for round two ?

The food is delicious, the staff are lovely, and honestly – it’s one of those places you just want to tell everyone about (but also keep secret because it’s that good ?).

⭐️ Highly recommend. Go treat yourself!

Domino's Pizza - March

This was a great joint for lunch, with welcoming staff who listened when we spoke to them about orders! I had the Carbonara Pizza at a table and it was nice, although cheese was not as good quality as other places.

The Oliver Twist Country Inn and Restaurant

A last minute booking for a meal and we were not disappointed. This wasn't our first visit but it had been a while, the the place still holds it's charm . My wife had the lasagne and I had the chicken and bacon melt, both very nice. The service was prompt and the staff were friendly and professional, will be coming back

Rose & Crown

Last minute booking, very friendly, to me it was a bit like the older style pub that values customers. On the plus side they do z light bites menu, perfect for us, leaves room for a desert. Food lovely, steaming hot, yummy puds. Really recommend

The Seven Stars

Went for our first meal on Sunday, it will not be our last. Food freshly cooked and homemade. Good value for money, can't recommend enough. Well worth a visit.

Anne's Thai Kitchen

Ordered the pad grapao for takeaway, and it was ready in minutes and had a nice chat with the owner of the restaurant. The food was so tasty felt like I was back in Thailand I will be back for more!

Doddington Fish Bar

First time trying this place and it was great. Service on the phone was quick, friendly and helpful aswell as when picking order up. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. We had the lamb shish wrap, mozzarella sticks and 1/4 burger meal. Good value for money and good choice of items on menu. Will be back in future thank you!

Three Lions Sports Bar & Restaurant

There were 8 of us out for the evening aged between 18 and 82 - it’s very rare to go for food where everyone totally enjoyed their meal. Service was great & food was fantastic. Very accommodating with the Gluten free options - I think they might even be getting Gluten Free sticky toffee pudding at some point ???

Cassanos Bar & Nightclub

My family hosted my Mums wake here yesterday, the food was absolutely amazing all fresh and still warm when we arrived. Hot drinks provided too with a beautifully displayed buffet. A great variety of sandwiches, a personal favourite for me was the spring rolls which were amazing. The owner was lovely, he obviously put a lot of effort into his food because it was almost all gone by the time I left! Would 100% recommend.

Panini's Coffee Shop

Popped in here on a whim while visiting the farmers market and was pleasantly surprised. Coffee was good nice and strong and not over milky like the big chains. Sausage Panini was very tasty and my partner had the cheese and mushroom and she really enjoyed it. Only one gripe and that was the cash only policy as I had no cash on me so I had to pop into town to find a working cash machine but all in all a very good little cafe.

Chef Peking 蓬莱

This is special. I’ll be honest my choices are narrow. Hot and sour soup is the perfect heat and consistency (in other places some are gloopy) and no skimping on ingredients Large Pancake Roll (bizarrely under Extras, not Starters) is immaculate. Not greasy as some are. Packed full of meat. Veg, bean sprouts. I could easily eat three for my whole meal.But if I did I wouldn’t have room for the outstanding Singapore Noodles. So much stuff in here and no grease!(In my nearest Chinese you could ladle out the oil. Puke! This is why I value Chef Peking so highly. )There are three Chinese takeaways nearer to my home than Chef Peking. One is a 1 minute walk away. But when you’ve eaten this well , you’ll walk a bit further for some more. Thank you Chef Peking

J & B Fish Bar and Chinese Take Away

My husband is a coeliac sufferer and really missed real 'fish shop' fish and chips. So I was over the moon when we discovered J and B. Excellent food ! The G/F fish looks delicious and is always handled separately to prevent 'cross contamination' and well labelled. Both English and Chinese dishes are well cooked, tasty and offer a wide choice. Always clean and a wonderful welcome. We are firm regulars now! Highly recommend . Thank you J and B.

The Men Of March

Brilliant venue, Martin and Lou have done some great work with the place. Reasonable prices for drinks and food.

Decent venue if you want a game of pool or darts.

Always been a upbeat and friendly when Ive been there. They have a decent sized garden with loads of tables as well.

The Red Lion P.H.

I really like visiting the Red Lion when in the area, it’s my second visit and we drove from Nottingham for the day especially to visit Grantchester. The food at the Red Lion and the service is really good. On this occasion I did notice a few minor points which made it look a star in my review. The enamel serving wear they used is really past it’s best, it’s chipped and the coating has come off revealing metal? underneath, those dishes should be thrown away as it’s unappealing visually and ut makes me nervous as to how clean the dish can be when it’s corroded. The toilets especially the walls have cobwebs and spiders yes a country side pub will have bugs but these had been there for a while. I’m not a massive fan of spiders so perhaps I was more aware but a hoover would have been able to reach the walls and corners. It was a warm day and the doors were open which was lovely, the pub is in a gorgeous location, but it meant we were pestered by a very irritating fly or three, when you are eating it’s a bit unpleasant to be constantly swatting away flies who are tying to sit on your food. I’m not saying that it’s the pub’s fault but the food isn’t cheap and I doubt many people would want to eat food that flies had been landing on. Remember to resister your vehicle when you park to avoid a fine.

Royal China Takeaway

Food is the best in the area without a doubt it definitely recommend the salt and pepper chips, staff are friendly and helpful.

Delivery time is great even when they are really busy.

Taste of Oriental

After new owners took over the food is fantastic and is well priced plus you get your monies worth as nice large portion size, only downfall is can't pay with card as cash only but other than that no1 on my list
