Lovely warm welcome as soon as entering. Staff were very kind and chatty. Food is yummy, and so is the Bubble Tea. Which I would definitely recommend. Best Bubble Tea I have ever had!!

Nalas is great so welcoming the humour is spot on and the food omg the food my favourite is the home made coleslaw it's mouth watering . The staff are lovely always smiling ? the owner Nicholas is so funny keeps us smiling every time we go in its our go to place ❤️ ? especially when meeting up with friends Highley recommend it if u want great food along with a laught it brighten up the day ?

They way the owner spoke to her new employee was absolutely shocking. I understand the owner is a human, but so is her staff. I will make sure her reputation is slammed for this appalling behaviour. I find it despicable that business owners feel they can bully young people who probably don't even get trained correctly. If your staff make a mistake, accept that it is a reflection on you, not on them.

Lovely food and drinks, very friendly staff that make you feel welcome would highly recommend
Service was very friendly and helpful. However coffee was mediocre at best. Made with a home machine and very weak. I suspect the owners are not coffee drinkers. Otherwise a very nice atmosphere, and other reviews seem to indicate the food is good.

Very cheap for the cake ,coffee was a bit for me.
