Absolutely lovely place room was clean and modern, a tad too warm for me but we had the window open. Was told that there was a disco on but we didn't hear a thing.The service we received from Sandy was excellent, she was extremely friendly and very welcoming.The food was very nice and tasty, we ate lunch, dinner, and breakfast, however the portions of lasagna we had for tea were VERY small and at nearly £10 each we feel they need to be quite considerably bigger.Would definitely recommend staying here.

Do not let the outside of this place put you off. Inside is very clean and has up to date furnishing.Menu choices were good and also catered for gluten free.The bedrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.Staff very attentive and helpful.Breakfast was OK, but room for improvement.Rooms: Very clean comfortable rooms. The bed was large and comfy.

Just had a fab stay at the Griffin Hotel. Breakfast very good value. Talked to one of the service staff this morning cleaning the rooms. Sorry I didn’t get her name but she had dark brown hair. Lovely to talk to one of the unsung heroes as without the cleaning staff who take pride in their job there would be no hotel. Very nice clean rooms and good value also. Stayed here on a number of occasions and highly recommend xx

Rooms are nice. Clean with Comfy beds. Slight noise from the bar before closing stops an otherwise 5* review. Staff. Especially. Sandy were excellent really helpful and friendly. Location is spot on and free car parking really is a bonus. Thanks for a great stay. Breakfast was spot on with Rob too ?
