Literally the worst company to deal with rude staff that don’t care. Got our order wrong but won’t rectify it, so thank you for ruining my daughters 9th birthday. She doesn’t like birthday cakes, and wanted a doughnut stack instead. She picked her favourite doughnut flavour biscoff and a selection of ring doughnuts. But we were only delivered the ring doughnuts and have ended up with 4 plain rings instead of the biscoff. When you call the customer service they won’t do anything to solve it, their website clearly has a glitch and has selected the wrong doughnuts. Because you don’t get email confirmation of your selection you can’t prove they’ve messed the order up. SO AVOID KRISPY KREME AT ALL COSTS. Especially if you’re ordering for a child’s birthday!! Oh and don’t bother spending out on the one’s with a message as half the icing is melted away. What a waste of money!

This is a great spot normally for a coffee and a doughnut. However, if you don’t like wasps stay away during the summer season, as the doughnut cabinet and shop were crawling with them. We had to go and sit outside and we also made sure to tell the staff why but they didn’t seem bothered. It would be a much more relaxing experience if something was done about this, as we will now be sticking to the KrispyKreme in Queensgate just down the road.

We love KrispyKremes BUT the amount of times my app hasn’t worked is annoying and the smiles expire without warning! Not all about the loyalty but it is frustrating! Not allowed to use Blue light discount in conjunction with redeeming an offer either. ? Good job the donuts are very tasty!

Sort it out! We don’t want a cashless society and refusing a valid payment method is unacceptable! ?

There were a very great selection of delicious doughnuts.

Very disappointed. My two sons (12 &9) had saved their pocket money to buy Krispy Kreme for their grandparents and themselves. They chose the doughnuts they wanted only to be told card only and they wouldn't accept their cash. Two very upset boys. I will no longer support a company that discriminates.

I ordered from Uber eats, I ordered the sharer double dozen. What turned up was one box of the correct donuts but the box covered in damage and what looked like something had spilled on it. The other box was not what I ordered, it was the basic glazed. When trying to contact the store they seem to have no contact number, I tried to contact the driver and immediately after delivering turned his app of. As someone with a very poor immune system I can not even attempt eating them as the boxes are damaged and god knows what was spilt on the box. So now I am £34 down and unable to do anything about it, your staff have purposely done this without one once of care as the store were closing. An absolute disgrace!!!!!
