We love KrispyKremes BUT the amount of times my app hasn’t worked is annoying and the smiles expire without warning! Not all about the loyalty but it is frustrating! Not allowed to use Blue light discount in conjunction with redeeming an offer either. ? Good job the donuts are very tasty!
I’d like to send praise to Fraser at the Edinburgh Airport Crispy Kreme stall! I can’t remember the last time I was served with such enthusiasm, kindness and awesome energy!!! That man is a hero. Made my morning. Customer service at its FINEST! What a fabulous member of staff and an asset to your company. About to board my flight with a smile on my face thanks to his vibe! We need more Frasers in the world! ? ?✌?

This is a great spot normally for a coffee and a doughnut. However, if you don’t like wasps stay away during the summer season, as the doughnut cabinet and shop were crawling with them. We had to go and sit outside and we also made sure to tell the staff why but they didn’t seem bothered. It would be a much more relaxing experience if something was done about this, as we will now be sticking to the KrispyKreme in Queensgate just down the road.
