I have ordered from here a few times and every time I order my order is wrong. Can people not read a simple request when making food. And when you call back to complain staff are rude and tell you to take out what you didn't want on your food. I will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered the Quattro Formaggi Pizza, although the picture and description showed basil leaves, it didn’t come with any. Also the price was significantly highly than what was shown on the board despite this the pizza itself was delicious, the best take away pizza I’ve had in a long time, a little greasy but was to be expected with all the cheese toppings lol. Waiting time wasn’t too long and the staff were very polite and smiley.Since looking on the website would have been nice to have signs in store about the available pizza offers

Love this place we always go there whenever we get the chance to, great service food is always hot, friendly staff huge choice of meals I love there xpress sub an have a medium my husband has the Dom pizza we've never had any problems with the food the only thing I would say is when it's busy when they bring the food out could you speak a bit louder as you sometimes have trouble hearing the order but all in all great place

Staff and Sub prep were definitely on point. However.......I had a vegetarian sub which was full of tasty elements, other than the "stale" Black olives ? Mr and/or Ms/Miss/Mrs owner; your definitely letting the team down by not ensuring ingredients like black olives are being replenished - and whats with those golden wonder crisp options? (Hence the mc fries in image) Missing a trick here for sure. Had I not been able to remove the olives, my score would have been much lower.

The large subs really are LARGE. It's pretty much a full length baguette without the ends.Ordered the Turkey Ranch one and it was fairly good.

What a lovely place! Friendly helpful staff, incredible value for money, very yummy hot food, loads of gluten free options (for a change!) will definitely go back.Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options, very gf aware.
Was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Pizza would recommend you to try. Only downside was the state of the sit down area. No customers other than the two of us. But the floor was carpeted with bits of pizza that earlier customers had dropped. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good simple food, but not just sub sandwiches, they do pizza and pasta too. Always a friendly welcome, from staff that are happy to serve you.Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options that can be made vegan on request.

So you take 6 months to reply to the review I call your store many times with a member of the team admitting that there was a problem and the manager would contact me back only to be ignored after you took my money and didn’t deliver the food I still have the statement and the deliveroo details if you want to give a nasty response like your not a bunch of thieves. You don’t know customer service and your far from decent human beings.

ordered a large sub for delivery not knowing how big it would be, it’s about the size of my arm! definitely worth the money and the delivery driver is lovely. 100% will be recommending to all my friends. cant wait to try more stuff off their menu :)
