Absolutely amazing service, I managed to drop my bank card in this shop, not realising I had done this, I refollow my steps, after 30 mins I gave up then the shop assistant was walking towards me with my card, he said he’s been looking for me for ages, I was so glad he found me, I forgot to get his name but what an amazing man and first class customer service

Excellent friendly customer service from a bearded chap it’s only looks like a small shop but is a bit of a tardis good range of both adults and children’s clothing at reasonable prices unlike other surf stores (note not disabled access friendly but that’s the same of most St Ives stores)
