16 London Rd, Fenstanton, St. IvesWe visited on the reopening night. The staff were very attentive and the food arrived quickly, was all cooked fresh well presented and was very tasty. The team explained that whilst they have no alcohol licence we were welcome to take our own if we wished. They had a good menu of soft drinks which was good enough for us. Good luck with the relaunch and hope to visit again soon.

The Quadrant, St. IvesI had set off from London to Cambridge with my family. We also visited this place. We had a lovely dinner. The taste was truly undeniable. A family-run business that is hospitable, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Despite their young age, it’s a place run by two young people who have achieved something big. You should definitely order one of their delicious pizzas right away. Highly recommended!!! It’s also wonderful to see young people running such a great business. You won’t regret it.

We spent £36 for two of us to eat quite a bit

Some buffoon keeps moving the maps pin to Globe Place Car Park, I keep correcting it but someone keeps moving it back, for anyone visiting who is striggling to find it, it's in Crown St down past Lloyds Bank, west end of the Market Place.

Wellington St, St. IvesHad a fantastic Sunday roast at the Oliver Cromwell Pub. The food was absolutely spot on! Beautifully cooked meats and generous portions of all the trimmings. The Yorkshire puddings were especially impressive!
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with that perfect balance of cosy pub charm and lively Sunday buzz. Service was friendly, attentive, and efficient without feeling rushed.

Good pub grub well done, and nice selection of real ales. Only ate once, as issue with kitchen on last night, but given plenty of notice. Dog friendly.

Longstone Hill, Carbis Bay, Saint IvesPsst keep this to yourself but this place (not plaice) is a lovely hidden jem, loved by locals for many years, and holiday makers in the know.
To show how much we enjoy coming here, we travel down from Burton on Trent for a night in Penzance and this was our go-to place.
We timed the walk from Carbis bay station and it took us 15 minutes.
You can have your fish battered (thick or thin), grilled or pan fried, specials on the board. Good traditional desserts; my wife had Knickerbocker glory and I had banana split, both were yummy ?.
I have been coming down to Becks for many years as a holiday maker, my parents used to come here when it was a takeaway only.
Keep up the standards and the good work ????⭐

We felt the thrill as we walked through the door. The smell is amazing. The old school layout and decor work so well. The food on its way to lucky punters looked great.
Eventually it was our turn.
And we immediately started planning our next visit.

The ladies that served us were so friendly and pleasant as well, even though I feel we went a little late.
Unfortunately I'm not local but I'd have loved to go back and try more dishes.

27 The Broadway, St. IvesNormally only spend time outside at Floods as I never thought the inside was anything special. I had a roast the other weekend which was reasonably priced. The inside seems to have been redone - there was lovely wallpaper and a nice atmosphere.
The beef was described as rare which I normally enjoy. However, it was a little too rare and slimy in prices. I didn't bother asking for it to be done a little more as I had breaded brie pieces on the side. Veg was cooked just right.
Would return due to being reasonably priced.

There was a wide variety to choose from, with plenty of different ales, lagers, spirits and other drinks on offer, meaning there was something for everyone. It was great to see such a good selection available and clearly well looked after.
Overall, a very nice pub with quick service, a great atmosphere and an impressive range of drinks. I would definitely visit again and would happily recommend it to others looking for a good traditional pub experience.
