Absolutely disgusting the food was not cooked properly an the manger he was not professional at all he was screaming his head off at all the kitchen staff leaving them petrified I will never ever be coming back here an will be making sure the manger leaves this is not acceptable

Took me over a year to go back there. The food was a let down, purchased double wjapper grill, beef dry, and food cold. My brother ordered the chicken royal and ended up waiting get home to eat it as he had to throw it in the microwave.The young lad and girl that served were very polite and friendlymassive change from the rude manger I delt with year ago.

The 'cold drinks' from drive through were almost as warm as I have my bath water. A warning might have been nice. Not impressed. Went down the sink ?

This is now an edited review from my last 2 star review. Scott the manager of store, amazing customer service, even with the fact he had a house move on, he kept his word. Fast and efficient, he has a good team now and they are always polite and helpful with no question. Defo our favourite burger King. Loaded fries are 10/10 please never remove them from your menu. Still our favourite burger King to visit.

Food order wrong and took over 15 minutes to rectify. Food quality very poor and asked for a refund. Manager was very rude.
My very slow service was made worse by wrong orders from the staff and an extremely rude manager who denied any wrongdoing. They forgot my chips, they gave me the wrong burger, they forgot the sauces which I paid for then The manager simply argued EVERYTHING. Customer service is apologies first, finding out why secondly then finding a solution. All I was offered was argument after argument. The customers before me were also complaining. I would never employ this manager, never felt so insulted in my life, will never recommend it and will never return to this restaurant again.

Always clean, service is quick and as this is mostly used as a drive through, there's always a seat.Vegetarian options: They have a meatless burger, but I couldn't say if it's cooked separately from their meat or notKid-friendliness: There's always a crown available and it's clean and quiet.Parking: Limited parking, 8 dedicated spaces I think.

Burger King overrated?The taste and quality of the chips and onions rings is good, but the burgers are average. It’s expensive and most likely won’t fill you up. It doesn’t have anything special going on apart from the chargrill texture to the meat. If you’re thinking of ordering a delivery forget it it’ll always arrive cold…

Well I took my kids into the restaurant & I buy them an adults meal so chicken royale chips drink etc. This takes a while to eat seeing as my youngest is only 5yo, got an icecream for them for dessert after the meal, to my surprise I got a demand for money via a parking ticket as I'd overstayed the permitted hour, I never saw any signs so was shocked! The company are DBCL or something like that from channel 5's "can't pay take it away" there demanding £170, if Burgerking would've warned me that would've been nice, if BK don't tell the bailiffs to back off I will never use burgerking again in my lifetime. BEWARE/AVOID....!!!! THIS COUNTRY IS BECOMING A JOKE!!!! CANT STOP A CAR ANYWHERE WITHOUT GETTING FINES FROM PRIVATE CARPARKING COMPANIES, 3RD TIME FOR ME NOW IN JUST OVER A YEAR...Parking: BEWARE PRIVATE CARPARK BALLIFS DEMANDING MONEY FROM ME, COMPANY DBCL CHANNEL 5 CANT PAY TAKE IT AWAY

Worst burger I've ever eaten. Ordered a whopper and discovered there were no tomatoes in it, The picture of a whopper clearly showed that there was tomatoes in it. I spoke to a member of staff as to why the tomatoes were missing from our burgers and was told that they didn't have any tomatoes. Surely they should have said this at the time of us ordering and not after. Burger was cold with lump salad and coke tasted like washing up liquid. Only good point we're the hot chips
