A pleasant stroll around the Fen was somewhat soured by miserable customer service at the cafe, when we popped-in for tea and cake. In my opinion, the lady serving at the counter this afternoon (Good Friday) really shouldn't be in a customer-facing position. A disappointing experience.

Lovely place but no good for allergies. We called ahead to make sure we could eat here and we where told we would be able to. On arrival we asked for a sausage sandwich and could not eat here. MAY CONTAINNS ARE NOT SAFE FOR ANAPHYLAXIS ALLERGIES!!

Cafe was ok but very disappointed with the Fen. Vastly over rated IMO and mixing bicycles (some very fast) with pedestrians is a disaster waiting to happen.

Great location for a coffee before or after your walk round the Fen. Plenty of outside seating - nice on a fine day.Hot drinks served in enamel mugs ?.

Cakes weren't great but did the trick after a long walk on the fen. They were happy for us to top up on much-needed water.

Stopped here for a quick lunch on the way to the Norfolk Broads. Simple but tasty food choices and friendly staff providing a good service. Free parking for NT members and nice visitors centre next door.

We called to collect a takeaway coffee and croissant to walk round the fens. Both where very good, service friendly.

Plenty of choice and the food was nice. Fine for vegetarians. I think there was some vegan. Lovely places to sit outside with umbrellas. Also, pleasant inside. Good loos!
NT cafe fare.Indoor and outdoor seating. Range of snacks, cakes and beverages. Facilities clean throughout.

The Docky Hut cafe is pleasant and serves nice snack food and drinks. Nothing outstanding but pleasant enough. Its main advantage is its setting, at the entrance to the wonderful Wicken Fen reserve.

The Docky Hut Cafe is a really nice cafe and using this place also means that you are giving an extra donation towards the up keep of the fen.The staff are lovely, very welcoming and food tastes amazing.Indoor and Outdoor seating available. Hot and Cold food/drinks as well as ice creams.Would highly recommend visiting here

Buy bigger trays or a new tray rack - the continual crashing of trays is ridiculous?AND - this is 2022 - provide wifi for your customers !!

A lovely little café! You can easily and safely cycle from Cambridge to here; and get a refreshing drink and slice a cake as a reward. Very clean and hand sanitizer available.
