I have used this Wetherspoons pub before and never found anything to moan about, but this time not at all like my previous visits. Although it was,not really busy for some strange reason it looked and felt like nobody cares. It was dingy and felt rundown. The good points 1) The Beer tasted great. 2) The steak tasted good but slightly over cooked for my taste but perfectly for my partner. The worst part of the meal was the fries. It was an effort to get lunch ordered... Especially the dei ks that go with the meal deals... And limited wine choices available... 1st time back si ce the pandemic and I won't rush back!!

We drink draught shipyard which requires a blue pouring nozzell to achieve that great head. Many wetherspoons do not use the corect nozzell so you get a flat drink. I am very pleased to say that The Wheatsheaf Inn uses the correct nozzell surberbly served by DEAN. Please ensure Dereham, Peterborough and Kings Lynn use the blue nozzell which they have not in the past. BIll
