A typical wetherspoons pub, a but noisy, in a rough area but with plenty of free local parking it was very busy in what would normally be off peak.Meal was very quick as up to standard.Toilets were better than some.

Had a nice meal. Iy wasnt crowded and found a table straight away, that was 1630 on a Thursday.. Staff were on the ball.. ordered via the app and in was literally minutes it turned up.. coffee was nice roo.. was like Mr Ben .... Would go again. ?

I have used this Wetherspoons pub before and never found anything to moan about, but this time not at all like my previous visits. Although it was,not really busy for some strange reason it looked and felt like nobody cares. It was dingy and felt rundown. The good points 1) The Beer tasted great. 2) The steak tasted good but slightly over cooked for my taste but perfectly for my partner. The worst part of the meal was the fries. These looked and tasted as if they were either reheated or left in the fryer to long.Just hoping that it's not the same next visit. If you feel it's worth the risk then go ahead, it might have been just a one off

So sat at a booth and got asked to leave as its reserved hence why there's a bag left on the table. Unfortunately he hadn't left a bag and only put it there when we was told to move. Even other guests where shocked at his attitude.Ordered a coke with ice got nearly full glass of ice and a little coke.Ordered sausage chips and beans sausage where cold. Didn't bother asking for replacement. Ended up been ill and feeling very unwell with stomach cramps etc. So paid £7 for a few chips and glass of ice with splash of coke.Never again going to weatherspoons
