“I had such a lovely experience at Caffè Nero thanks to Azad and his colleague! Azad went out of his way to make a drink for me that I’d tried somewhere else – and he nailed it. He was so kind, friendly, and genuinely made me feel welcome. It’s rare to meet staff who are that attentive and warm. Both he and his colleague created such a great atmosphere – they made my day! Definitely coming back. ?”
