Just to clarify, this was the one in Alderley Edge.Say this, as I think it one of the cleanest ones I have been in. Still needs a refurbishment as a lot of Nero's do.Good, friendly, efficient service, and a coffee that tastes like it should :)
Warm and inviting atmosphere, excellent prices, definitely value for money, staff are efficient and friendly, especially Robert, made my day with his friendly smile and excellent customer service!

In here nearly everyday. Staff are great and coffee normally on point but I don't understand why they don't do something about all the flies. It's so unhygienic. Really needs a deep clean and a bit of a refresh.
