Disgusting attitude, very rude people. My food was 30 mins late and they told me it was my fault for not answering the phone that they didn’t ring. Don’t order from here!

ordered tonight on deliveroo, ordering large kebab and chips meal. i have ordered from here before and it was decent, the last time i did the kebab and chips came in two separate boxes and it was a good size serving, however this time was NOT the case. this time the order we received, was a lot smaller, there was a small amount of kebab and chips were under the kebab with no pitta bread at all. i am very disappointed with this order, will not be getting from here again and would very much like a refund

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this place! Very rude people, kept forgetting my order, took over 30 mins to get them to actually complete my order. Been twice now and same every time. I won't be going back.

Fries tasted like dirty frozen water. Swarma didn't taste good, there was a strange smell in it. Ketchup was sour. Just terrible.

I’ve had food from here before and I very much loved it. But served by a guy with a man bun tonight, I came in started looking at the menu and he kept asking every 10 seconds if I was ready to order, I told him I would tell him when I’m ready because he kept asking. I ordered a mixed meat wrap, I saw him make it and I was confused, I was going to ask where the rest of the meat was but felt I would wait until I was home. I have attached a photo of my wrap below, this was £9, it was worth £3, he then made fun of me for ordering Diet Coke because he said it’s not diet it’s fake. Really strange man, I would like a refund

Very poor schwarma.Meat had clearly sat around for hours.I couldn’t finish the wrap because of the taste when normally I can eat a whole wrap easily.Feel unwell the following day from eating this.Would not return.
This place has improved massively. I'm a takeaway lover..its is reasonably priced fir comfort food. Deals on alot of different items. Good was warm. Delivery guy adhered to the notes of requests for delivery. Decent portions. After being told again about the turn around, I gave this place another shot. And I'm glad I did.. staff have always been friendly over the fone regardless.

I have bad experience there. I went there but door closed i didn't notice that but staff sitting outside, they're behaviour I don't like it personally. They're not kind to me. Very much disappointed !!!!!
