The place gives priority to phoned in orders so if you make the effort to actually go there you are kept waiting whilst other orders are prepared. After standing for about 15mins watching all other orders when I got back home the fish I had was over cooked..

Lovely chippy. Not like the one at the bottom of the hill who can't cook decent food to save their lives! This one is the best in chester and I will always make the effort to come here rather than the closest to home. Keep up the good work guys !

I would give 0 Stars. Rarely go take aways but they forgot my order and left me standing like a lemon for 20mins . Sorry but it's a take away, fast food gaff and it wasn't what I would call fast and definitely not great tasting.

Yet again, Fry Inn has come up trumps: a bulk order for 29 fish and chips, cooked fresh on time. The staff worked hard to get the order out, the food was first class and greatly appreciated by the residents.
