This is a popular pub with lots of noise and bustle. The service was good but my steak was not cooked as well as I would have liked. It arrived tough and fairly rare and got tougher. However, this was addressed and it was refunded at their suggestion, so well done!
Would just like to say how lovely our experience was at the wheatsheaf. We was greeted with a lovely smile. Alan took our order and was really helpful. Our food was brought out by a lovely lady called Eve. I would also like to say your curly fries are the best we’ve tried. The food for everyone was delicious. We really enjoyed our visit and will certainly come back again. Thankyou for the warm welcome the lovely service and the delicious food.

The chicken tikka was very nice. The only downside was they peppered the steak without letting us know that they peppered the steak when we ordered it. The steak was way too peppery unfortunately.
