Nice store and staff but the app says all food is out of stock when they actually have almost everything.

Visited here around late afternoon on 21.09.23 with my baby in my arms to grab something to eat on the school run (first thing I had eaten all day!) I ordered two things, but realised I had left my card in the car. The two women behind the counter allowed me to have these items for free, as it would have been too much of a faff to go back to the car with a flailing baby in the rain. I just want to say a huge thank you (sorry I didn't get their names) to these lovely employees. Your understanding and kindness made a very long and tiring day that bit better xx

In the mystical realm of Chester Greyhound Retail Park, I embarked on a quest of epic proportions armed with a YouTube high-five voucher treat. My noble steed (well, it was actually my trusty car) carried me to a place of culinary wonder known as Greggs, a sacred temple of pastries. With my voucher as my guide, I entered Greggs, determined to unlock the secrets of the vegan sausage roll. The cashier, sensing my quest, handed me the roll with the grace of a sword being unsheathed. I took my first bite, and my taste buds performed a standing ovation, sending applause echoes through my mouth that would put a rock concert to shame. Lol!Greggs itself was a bustling arena. But fear not, for parking provided free access. With a belly full of vegan delight, I emerged victorious, knowing I had discovered the holy grail of plant-based pastries. So, fellow food adventurer, take heed and venture forth to Chester Greyhound Retail Park, for within the hallowed halls of Greggs, you may just find your own taste bud epic. As if by the whims of a mischievous fairy, a video captured this grand adventure by The Evelyn Winters Adventure. Watch the full video on The Evelyn Winters Adventure channel!

10.45 no breakfast unless i want bacon which i do not! Staff rude! You serve breakfast until 11 so there should be breakfast until 11! I eat here every day on way to work, i could never imagine telling my customers i dont have something i sell because i cant be bothered. There was still a queue behind me! So how many people did you lose today? I think i will take my buisness else where as the staff in greyhound park act like they dont want to be there huffing and puffing when you ask for something, went to subway got just what i asked for and guess what they stop at 11 too!!! Guys take your buisness else where the staff couldnt give a dam in this greggs!!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service

Visited Greggs Chester retail park today. We were served by Tash, who is a very kind, helpful, attentive assistant. Nothing was too much trouble, and served with a smile.I would like Greggs to know what an asset they have in Tash, providing such excellent customer service. She is certainly employee of the month in my eyes. Keep up the good work. ???
