Visited here around late afternoon on 21.09.23 with my baby in my arms to grab something to eat on the school run (first thing I had eaten all day!) I ordered two things, but realised I had left my card in the car. The two women behind the counter allowed me to have these items for free, as it would have been too much of a faff to go back to the car with a flailing baby in the rain. Visited Greggs Chester retail park today.We were served by Tash, who is a very kind, helpful, attentive assistant. Nothing was too much trouble, and served with a smile.I would like Greggs to know what an asset they have in Tash, providing such excellent customer service. She is certainly employee of the month in my eyes. Keep up the good work. ???
