Order from justeat , Stayed in a local hotel and tried here, Delivery guy was friendly and the order came faster than stated, Food was spot on Mrs had a mixed kebab that she thoroughly enjoyed and i had a folded kebab witch was new to me , It was like a kebab in a pasty , Was really nice and would definitely recommend, Would order again from here.

Ordered food and waited nearly two hours which was the delivery company’s fault, then requested a refund as food hasn’t arrived but to not cancel the order and grill maker cancelled it out of spite. Very rude on phone. Ordered this regularly but wont be ordering

Take yourself out if town and immediately go to the grill maker. Food is lush and the mayo is to die for 10/10 place

Normally this place goes without fault but we were not happy with our most recent order. We ordered via just eat as we normally do. It arrived in time but when we opened the pizza it was all squished and at one side of the box and then we opened the curly fries there was a small piece of metal in it!! Tried to contact but no answer and just eat said there was nothing they could do. Will not be coming here again!

Very disappointed with our meals today our order was wrong and even arrived cold meat was over cooked and dry as we had meat and chips.chips was undercooked and soggy. Called them up and they refused to change our order. We live In a hotel and don’t have access to cooking facilities and they told me to heat it up in a microwave. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the restaurant. It’s the one day of the week I look forward to a takeaway with my family and in-laws and now it’s been a massive let down by you thanks for nothing. Definitely don’t recommend this takeaway place

It's absolutely bland. Tried their chicken balls, fried chicken, and chicken nuggets. Found all of them to be really bland. There is no seasoning at all.The chicken nuggets looked like some fried potato pieces. Not really worth it.

I had a kebab wrap which was a good-sized portion. Not much salad but lots of doner meat. Grill Maker has a 5 rating from the FSA but this was from 2019. My friend and I wanted to eat in the shop, and we sat at the window bench. The two tables were filthy with discarded food on the tables, seats, and floor , including half eaten chicken bones left be a previous customer. In the 30 minutes that I was in the takeaway, none of the staff came to clean this up. It was filthy and a very poor representation of the takeaway. All it would have taken is to sweep up the floor and clean the tables and seats. Disgusting

Quality is variable from very good to outstanding. But I frequently order takeaways from them because of that one burger which felt like a culinary explosion in my mouth aka burger meal with BBQ sauce.They usually make good food. Definitely the best halal burger shop in chester.

Really seriously bad. Strictly for the 1am drunk crowd. Pitta not griddled, straight from pack. Luke warm meat. The price of veg means you get lettuce and red cabbage. There was one sliced tomato on display, I didn't get any or onion etc. Ignorant as well. Strictly for going home from a club.
