“Hamayuu is a delicious gem of Chester and we're overjoyed to have been able to visit. We wanted to visit for dinner on Tuesday but sadly they were closed so we rushed over there for lunch on Wednesday. The staff were extremely kind and the food was absolutely delicious, I'd say it was as authentic as you're going to get outside of Japan itself. Lovely location down below the shops and cute decor. Diners are invited to sit at a table and chair or on the futons on the floor (if my knees were better!) The waitor and waitress made me, my partner and baby son feel exceptionally welcome and were delightful polite hosts. Will be visiting again, more than worth the 170 mile drive.”
