Lovely Japanese restaurant with very attentive and thoughtful service. Hamayuu is a delicious gem of Chester and we're overjoyed to have been able to visit. We wanted to visit for dinner on Tuesday but sadly they were closed so we rushed over there for lunch on Wednesday. The staff were extremely kind and the food was absolutely delicious, I'd say it was as authentic as you're going to get outside of Japan itself. Lovely location down below the shops and cute decor. Hamayuu is a lovely Japanese restaurant . We've been there a few times and love Hamayuu. We recommend the sushi and fried chicken(called karaage)The staff are also very nice. On weekends, I think it's better to make a reservation.
