Forget the usual disappointing fare at zoos and theme parks! This place was a breath of fresh air. While not the cheapest option, the exceptional service and delicious food made it completely worth it. It's the best meal I've ever had in a captive audience situation, hands down!

Service was really slow and food is quite expensive for things like sides . I've been a member of the zoo for 20 years and save 10%, but it still baffles me how much they take advantage of the captive audience (I mean the visitors).

I always take a packed lunch to the zoo as the food is super expensive and honestly I don't really like the limited options. However... the Manado climbing frame is ace and my little boy love playing and climbing here ... so that is really our main reason for stopping to eat our packed lunch and have a play! (Less busier than June's ... but busier than the Tropical realm play area)

Cheap dishes and a good range. Hardly 'street food' but more like full meals. I couldn't even finish my pork belly and beef strip loaded fries! But they were sooo good. Some vegan options if that's your thing.Atmosphere was great. Right in the middle of the zoo with a nice south Asian aesthetic. The only negative was that you either need exceptional hearing or you need to wait by the bar for your food to be ready. There's no table service so you need to wait for a cashier to yell your order number across the quad. Not great but probably in-keeping with the street-food vibe.Recommended.

Sorry took our own picnic. Prices were high for what was on offer. Had coffees but weren't impressed quite weakly made. Lots of tables available, beware plenty of wasps and flying ants.

For a zoo, the food is quite good. It's reasonably priced, and instead of just oily fast food, you can actually pick up a decent healthy meal like the honey sesame chicken. The only downside was that the rice was sticking together, but oh well.Vegetarian options: Corn on the cob, chips, etcWheelchair accessibility: Outdoor seating

Food looks okay until you try to eat it. Burgers are served stone cold, on cardboard buns and taste terrible.

Bit pricey but foods nice
Part of the food outlets at Chester zoo, prices are equal to a good restaurant.
Expensive. Food was good. Very busy big queue. Lots of kidsKid-friendliness: Good
Service need to be much faster, we waited 15 mins in the line to just to order, with only about 8 people in front of us.
Excellent food.Service was good. Just a long delay due to the volume of people
