Started out great ordered a few drinks. Starters came scallops bland and chicken wings not great otherwise ok. Ordered another drink waited 20 mins asked where it was they forgot to put it on so had to wait another 15 minutes. Main courses came 35 minutes after the starters at this point lettuce wedges had been on our table 20 minutes, we were hungry so ate them whilst waiting. Main courses came and my partners was ordered medium came well done. Sent back and waited another 25 minutes waited so we cancelled and left. Poor service very upsetting and this was my mother's birthday celebration.

We were looked after from the moment of our arrival. Our waiter was called Daniel and he was so helpful and courteous. The steaks we ordered were delicious and cooked perfectly and we asked Daniel to compliment the Chef for us, which he did. It was my wife's birthday and we wanted something special so it had to be Miller and Carter!

We visited Christmas Day for dinner . On entrance we were greeted with a warm welcoming and through our service the staff were great, However, that's were the great experience stopped for us. The meal was a disappointment , starter was decent but the main cause was lacking flavor , seasoning , we were served cold vegetables and cold stuffing and the gravy was very bland and greasy. We had huge expectations but sadly the food wasn't up to par especially at £200. The Waiter Chris was extremely apologetic and we made the most of our Christmas day. On any other day , we would of probably asked for a refund as we just didn't enjoy it sadly .

visited the Chester branch on 29th December 2023 with family members. Two had steaks and one had the salmon and the other had the spinach/cheese wellington. we also had starters and sweets. Absolutely stunning meal set in a lovely atmosphere. we will definitely be going back again. cant recommend enough. Service was outstanding.

Thoroughly enjoyed our food here from starters through to mains, starters of scallops with chorizo along with sticky chicken were both excellent. Mains of t-bone ? steak along with the pan fried lamb were both delicious and cooked to perfection. Followed by desserts of crème brûlée and sticky toffee pudding, couldn’t fault a single thing, service was excellent too. Would absolutely recommend and return 100%.

Booked here for our works Christmas party for 1pm Monday, 18th December. A group of 7. Food was lovely. No complaints. I had a lovely starter of mushrooms and cheese and turkey for mains. Absolutely lovely. Very tasty. My colleagues had a mixtures of steaks and burgers. All staff were friendly. Special mention to Arron who made an effort so speak Welsh when he realised one of the group members were Welsh speaking!! He knew a bit of basic Welsh and it was so nice he made the effort to speak it. Diolch Arron.

He was genuinely friendly whilst still being extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful in ALL matters. I couldn't fault him!! He is definitely a 5* employee! Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and he took the time to help us with our questions and even managed to split the bill between the three parties on his phone!!!Great addition to the ten in Chester !

Everything was amazing I am just sad that I ended up feeling very poorly and could only eat a bite of my steak. It was average really. £35 for a steak which was supposed to be medium but was more like well done. Food was just warm rather than hot, coffees were like warm. Didn't complain as it was too busy and we had to go elsewhere. Service was OK.

He was excellent, the attention he gave us made our meal, which was to celebrate my son’s birthday, even more special.
