Fabulous atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff and good quality food done brilliantly. Whether you’re sat upstairs or on the rows, it’s a great little spot for food and drink within the heart of Chester.

Naughty Badger has a Very Poky Cafe area at the top of a very steep flight of steps.Breakfast menus pretentious and way way overpriced .Gave the place a try but won't bother again .Much better options for breakfast available in the centre of Chester .Also a rather silly name for a Cafe.Where on earth does the name Naughty Badger come from ?

Visited Naughty Badger in Chester on The Rows for a delightful hot chocolate. The cute historical setting adds charm, and the service is friendly. The hot chocolate? Absolutely delicious – rich and satisfying!

What a fabulous find. Tucked away upstairs on The Rows in Chester, this is a little gem of a restaurant. Booking is advised as the covers are limited (and it’s getting very popular), principally because the food is really good. We had the loaded fries with jalapeños and the mozzarella melt croquettes (great lunchtime snacks) along with a glass of wine which was not the run of the mill stuff, but decent wine from smaller producers. The meal was wonderful and not a scrap was left by the end. If you’ve not tried this restaurant yet, you should.

The Naughty Badger is a hidden gem !! A cosy, tucked away quiet haven with a unique attractive look and feel where the food and drinks are as fab as the folk who run it . . it nestles above row level on Bridge Street, Chester, so, as a bonus, it has a great view of some of the city's remarkable architecture . .we had a lovel tasty and unhurried meal in luxurious warmth, while we watched shoppers scurrying thru the cold outside . . it really did set us up for the day !! so, a BIG THANKYOU to the folks at the Naughty Badger . . we'll see you again soon !!

We visited the Naughty Badger today as a group of 13, we were a bit nervous that we wouldn’t all fit but the staff were super accommodating and happy to have us fill the upstairs room. We were warned that food may take longer than normal as it was a larger group but everything came in really good time with barely any delay. Drinks were great, I can definitely vouch for the coffees, delicious. Food was fab too, we had a mix of veggies, vegans, allergy sufferers and meat eaters and everyone was able to be accommodated and we were all really impressed with our meals. All in all, we loved the naughty badger and will definitely be back! Thanks!!
