Slowest service ln history. Timed, 45 mins for starters and 1.25 hr for a pizza after order. Drinks 35 mins after reminder. If you are not hungry, here can be your best choice to hang out(Don't go if you re hungry)

Usually better but it’s gone downhill clearly. We’ve contacted their Head Office in regards to this experience as we know many others have because of this.

Had an amazing evening with my partner and son. We each got a main and dessert, my son’s eyes being bigger than his belly decided to order from the standard adults menu with me, and my partner ordering from the non-gluten containing menu. All very happy with our food, portions were very generous, desserts were gorgeous and the service we received from Casey was impeccable - super friendly and down to earth! All reasonably priced too, spending roughly £25pp including soft drinks. Only went for four stars for atmosphere because it was so loud and a little claustrophobic, but understandable for a Saturday night. Absolutely would recommend anyone and everyone to go!Dietary restrictions: My partner is a coeliac, and this is something that we are very cautious of when dining out because of past experiences where he’d been glutened. We were asked upon being greeted at the door whether there were any allergies or intolerances that they needed to be aware of, which is already a better start than a lot of places we’ve been, and we were directed to the allergens pdf that they have available on their website for any foods that we wanted to double check. They marked each gf food item on their ordering tablets, and even stuck on little 'non-gluten' stickers on the plates before they were served. Plenty of options available for coeliacs & gluten intolerances!

I went for my birthday and I was let down as soon as I walked in. The layout was lacking and dusty / tired looking and the waitress evidently didn't want to be there. The waitress let the whole experience down for me - no attention to detail, put cutlery down with no eye contact and walked away, forgot to provide basics of salt and pepper and when I asked for parmesan cheese, I got a little pot with no spoon - the other table (served by someone else) got a big block of cheese grated over their meal. We didn't feel special at all - despite costing nearly £80. The food - nice, if you had pizza. Kids and other half loved their pizza. The prawn linguine was under seasoned, tasteless and average. The garlic bread was overcooked and slightly burned. I realised that I have been to a Zizzi on London and it is was like a different restaurant and worlds apart.

Very poor service - simply do not have the staffing capacity in the kitchen for restaurant orders and delivery orders. Appear that delivery orders were being prioritised over restaurant orders.

Waited a while to be served. Drinks took a lengthy time to arrive and we was not made aware a shandy would include the price of a full beer and pint of lemonade, when only a quarter of the opened bottle was poured into a glass. The is open, you can see. We paid £10 for a pernoi shandy - ridiculous. We was not made aware of any wait times, we only ordered mains but took a little over an hour for food. Service to be said was not the best, lady who served us was nice enough but felt we were being avoided incase of any concerns. Food portions for the price are laughable. Overall we left angry, annoyed and a little hungry still after paying £50+.

The staff were fantastic going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable where we were seated. My wide wheelchair made it through the door leading to the toilets and into the accessible toilets. Toilets were clean and better than most in terms of accessibility.Food was delicious, signature cocktails were gorgeous although a little pricey, but worth it.Disabled parking wasn't ideal, but we made do.Overall, I'm excited to go back.Wheelchair accessibility: Accommodated my wider than standard wheelchair, even in the toilets. Staff were very helpful and considerate.

Poor undercooked food & slow unmotivated service. In the kindest possible way the Staff are useless. Moping around like sloths, everything seems to be an issue. Have a food intolerance? Oh I must get my manager, have a discount code? Oh I must get my manager. Have a question about the menu? Oh I must get my manager. Can we have the bill? Oh I’ll get the manager. Crikey The Manager may aswell have served every table in the place as the everyday staff couldn’t do a thing without the manager to hold their hand. And then to not accept cash… absolute joke. I’m trying to pay & you can’t take my payment because it’s CASH.. really? So if that was my only way of paying, what would have happened? Wish I had walked out without paying to be honest. I can understand card payments being preferred but to point blank refuse cash… & all she could say was well it’s because I can’t give you change… I didn’t need any change.Won’t be going back again. Really disappointed.Oh and the pasta crisps live in a big storage box that you would put under your bed, under the bar, doesn’t look the most hygienic or professional. All I could think of was how many bugs could have been in that box. Ew!!

Gotta first say a big thankyou to Andrea, the waitress. She looked after us and treated us very well from start to finish. She deserves to work somewhere better. Zizzi used to be a quality brand, not lately. Food was average and overpriced imho. I wouldn't eat there again. If it wasn't for Andrea I'd have walked out. I get the impression that she often picks up the pieces. The place needs a shake up.Dietary restrictions: Happy to provide gluten free

What an utter shambles/**** show this place is! We waited 40 minutes before even receiving a drink, I ordered a cocktail and received a MOCKtail.. after that wait the last thing I needed was a sodding mocktail. We opted for the 3 course set menu and I honestly believe if we’d have waited for the whole course we’d still be sat there now like utter fools. Food was okay but the service was just awful. I visited with my (then) fiance who booked this to celebrate our engagement. Update, we’re now both single and if anyone tries to take me to this place again il be running off like Usain Bolt! Stick to Nando’s (2 doors down)
