Zizzi Coliseum leisure park Cheshire oaks. I'm staying in the travelodge for work. There are lots of food places and I was getting disillusioned with all the mundane same same stuff. Tried Zizzi on my last night. Ordered a click and collect. The guy who helped me was cooking in the open kitchen , I'm so sorry I didnt get his name he was brilliant, so friendly and helpful. First time visiting. Staff slow. Standing about talking when we were waiting ages to order drinks then our drinks left on bar waiting . No cutlery on table had to ask. Didnt clear glasses had to move them out of way on another table. Calamari over cooked. Pasta not enough sauce and dry. Had to ask twice for salt. Not enough over busy. I have done hospitality and service lacksidaisy! Unfortunately put us off returning

Food was lovely, waitress was really nice but the restaurant is massively understaffed. All was OK with the starters and mains, but had to ask multiple times for child's ice cream as it kept not being put through. Then the same happened with our desserts. We ended up being there for almost 2 hours and at least half of an hour of that was waiting for a slice of cheesecake and a scoop of ice cream.
