Dont recommend me and my husband went in looking for a table for 2 there was one but only 1 chair 3 young girls hovering around the till didn't notice us we had to ask for another chair then when we finally sat down and asked for a menu they never came back to our table so we left.

So, it took a couple of go’s to get the orange juice for my child, and we then proceeded to wait for 1 Hour and 20minutes for 2 sandwiches, and then left as we refuse to wait any longer (food never turned up). The “downstairs” is mouldy, ugly and freezing cold as it has no heating, my wife and child were sat in coats whilst waiting. Just avoid it, it’s appalling service and unacceptable.

Today I went for a meal with my partner we ordered Brie and bacon nachos, steak and eggs and a couple of sides. Rather than being greeted by our waitress correctly we bluntly got ‘any drinks?’ Before we had even sat down, we were both utterly shocked by the lack of interest the waitress seemed to have about serving us. About 15 minutes after we had ordered another waitress came to us and said the chef was chopping some fillet steak so rather than having the sirloin with the meal we could have fillet free of charge, with fillet normally being a better piece of meat we obviously said yes. We quickly realised that this was a bad idea, clearly we had been given the fillet because the meat was coming up to it’s used by date as it tasted awful and was inedible. After no waitress coming to check on us or the food we decided to go to the bar ourselves to pay the bill. Throughout the day my partner has been sick and sent home from work, working in the food industry ourselves we have a lot of experience with managing food correctly and this seemed extremely poor food management. I can understand wanting to get rid of stock but it should definitely be checked first before serving to customers!

I'm a regular here. I've had breakfasts, lunches and dinners. I've been to several birthday's here as well as had Christmas meals here. The staff are always friendly and attentive, the chefs are brilliant and always come down to say hello to everyone. Its a great atmosphere.

Regret ever going, the place is filthy, I've heard they don't even have a dishwasher & the manager is extremely rude as no doubt you can see from half his replies on here. Avoid this place!

We went with a big party of 30 friends and family. The venue was cosy and welcoming. The staff were friendly and the food was very tasty. Would definitely go again.

Went to Congleton as part of a trip out it's a fair distance from our home.Enjoyed the walk round the town and the market. Passed Bojangles on our walkabout decided to try it out WHAT A BIG MISTAKE we were accosted by a waitress asking what drinks we wanted as yet we had seen no menu. The waiting time after we had placed our order was very much longer than in other eating places coming up to one hour We asked how long the meals would be as we were on a car park. and had noticed that other diners were still waiting.No member of staff informed us that there would be a delay, the manager was rushing around like a headless chicken,our meals arrived but not together at least six minutes between them I had ordered Scrambled egg on toast mine was the last to arrive burnt toast and a small blob of egg poor value I refused the meal The manager accused me of shouting but her voice was louder than mine a waitress said she had not been told about orders being delayed it was an awful experience never to be repeated The food was nothing special I have had better in a supermarket cafe at half the price.Overall rating very poor management food fancy names but does not deliver glad we don't live closer Will never darken their doors again
