I just wish they’ve added more greens to the lamb, as it felt like it lacked a bit of something veggie in there.Had calamari as a starter, once again, was high quality squid, but they didn’t put a lemon on the side. Little details like that made me rate it to 4/5.

The food tastes amazing and is very fairly priced especially the Sunday deal which is £15 for 3 courses.Our favourite Congleton restaurant easily !

Other than that, great atmosphere, friendly staff , although the wait was longer than expected. Absolutely brilliant that they have a kid's session. Very thoughtful. I can’t believe I’ve only recently found this take away, I’ve ordered around 4 times now and each time the foods been incredible, very filling and perfect portion sizes, prices are really good also. The packaging stops the food sweating also, so the food isn’t soggy! This is definitely going to become our monthly take away spot!Kid-friendliness: Kids portions were really generous!

Always polite when calling to order so 5*Food is very fresh and cooked nicely, had in the past chow meins, bbq ribs, foo young, curry sauce , chips, chicken satay all been really nice 5* prices have gone up but they would as cost all round have increased a lot .Recently tried another local Chinese as Ruby was busy and I wasn’t impressed with some of the dishes obviously back using Ruby . Delivery time always between 30-45 mins , I usually order between 7-7.30 so no delays, driver very friendly, would highly recommend for safe choice .

My first time here for a family meal (6 of us) on a Friday night. We went quite early but it did get busy later on. We all had starters and mains and were so full. Very busy when I ordered but food was ready for collection by the time I arrived. Ordered an Asian-style Chicken Gorkali and a Chicken Achari. Chicken was very tender, portions were large and both were packed with flavour. Pretty good value compared to other curry houses I go to, had leftovers for the next night and it still tasted great. Friendly lads front of house and looks like they're doing a refurb. Already looking forward to next week's takeaway.

Very atmospheric old pub. I decided to take my family instead of struggling to find parking in Leek on December 30. Nearby parking is very cheap. The beer was outstandingly good. Meals were also really nice - not too much. Fried fish absolutely first class. Kids dinner ok with a fruit juice. Ok for small children who'll probably leave most of it in any case. But over 8's I'd order an adult dinner. Lots of different rooms, and nooks and crannies. Even the piano in reasonable tune with just one sticky hammer. Mature Staff when we were there.

The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is the delivery charge, our order was over £100. There should be free delivery after a certain spend amount. Other than that, it was great and I will definitely order from here again.

We took our children for breakfast they found somewhere to sit easily was busier than expected. We ordered at the bar with a polite member of staff we asked for alternative scrambled eggs instead of fried on two breakfast this was no problem at all. Breakfast arrived three out of six missing hashbrowns when asking the waitress they where very apologetic and went to get them straight away returned a few minutes later great service. Refillable drinks went down well Only criticism was the tables weren't cleared before we left.

First of all I’ll start with a negative because i was going to give deniz a 5 , all the adverts say 19.95 a head but in small print it’s £25 at the weekend then we sat down read the menu and it said clearly more than 6 people its a 10% service charge , when the bill arrived at our table of 3 were still charged 10 percent!! When i questioned it the server said they haven’t updated the menu and its the cost of the times ,the 10% is for everyone, this is very misleading and disappointing because the food was amazing and the service was excellent and i would have left a tip, but this forced 10% tip left a bad taste in our mouths and put a dampner on one of the best meals we’ve ever had in Congleton , plate after plate of tasty fresh wonderfully cooked ingredientsGo for the food but know you are forced into an American tipping system but aren’t pre warned !

Great that there is now more space/tables!Having emailed ahead the Manager replied promptly to assure me that our largish party would be accommodated even though they don't take bookings which was good. We visited early Friday evening to celebrate my daughter's birthday and even though it was only 5pm it was already getting busy, however our table of 8 was seated quickly in the upstairs extended part. We had balloons and a cake with us, which was no problem. Sophie welcomed us and was really helpful with everything, sorting out the cake, nothing was too much trouble and we felt really looked after. We all enjoyed the great food and drinks and our service was so friendly and efficient. A really lovely experience after not visiting in quite a while, thank you to all ?

We used Vanilla in Allseasons as our caterer for our wedding at Sandon Hall in September 2023 and they were phenomenal. It was extremely important to us that our food was excellent and that guests left satisfied and Vanilla rose to the occasion magnificently.The only 'problem' with Vanilla is that they seem to be willing and capable to work with pretty much anything, which made it so difficult to narrow down our choices once Vanilla had added their fantastic suggestions! We worked with Adam from initial contact til our tasting session, then Max for the final bits just before the day. Adam has a wealth of experience and knowledge and we knew we were in capable hands from our first meeting, and so many ideas and suggestions for little touches we could make. We were blown away during our tasting session and on the day Vanilla produced to the same amazing quality and taste that we experienced on the small scale for our tasting, while looking beautiful and served hot.Iryna ran our food service on the day and was wonderful, took the time to introduce herself properly and ensured everything ran smoothly (and deliciously). It was also good to see how efficiently Vanilla worked; our final tables were being served their dinner while we were only halfway through our own which isn't as common as it should be at weddings!I'd like to make a special note about dietary requirements. One of our guests has severe coeliac's disease and is often nervous eating at unknown places due to bad experiences in the past. When I spoke to Vanilla about this they were able to accommodate her allergy in a way that meant she had a 'safe' version of everything that we had rather than some poor alternative which is what you sometimes find. The server for her table took the time to introduce herself personally and ensure she felt comfortable. We had pie for main course and the GF pastry was so good she couldn't believe it was actually GF. This made such a difference to our guest and therefore to us, and I was really so pleased and impressed with Vanilla's ability to source alternatives and their professionalism with putting our guest at her ease too.We would not hesitate to recommend Vanilla to anyone and we loved everything they produced for us, as did our guests. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
