we waited and hour and a half for cold food. mummy isn’t impressed. We want a refund. Not expectable. made me late for work. I recommend going into a different chain that isn’t fast food because this is slow food?

This visit was as a result of wanting a quick & cheap bite to eat.Only to find it was neither fast nor cheap!The order took in excess of 40mins to be handed over, only to find it to be too cold to eat. We aren’t talking warm or aired, we are talking near fridge cold.Young unorganised staff with as much energy & drive as a slug high on salt, with their only focus to be on delivery orders.McDonalds built their empire on a well organised team, working a slick process to deliver fresh tasty food!I can only assume that the Congleton franchise is the anti-McDonalds!!!!!

Arrived at drive-thru at 10.58, sat for 3 minutes, when eventually asked for my order at 11.01, was told I could not have breakfast because it was after 11am!I ordered an alternate meal, paid and was then asked to park in an order bay. 11.22 food finally arrived, very poor quality, very slow service, and no apology, shall not be using this Macs again. BTW - this isn't the first time.Be warned - stay away from this one

The food took 18 minutes to arrive at the table, and one item was wrong. The host replaced it quickly. She was lovely. Overall, the time to wait for food was poor. So much for fast food.

Went through drive thru, told to park in car park and they would bring food out. 20 minutes later I go in store to ask where it is to be told they couldn't find my car. Then to top it off, they gave me the food that had sat on the side for 15 minutes which was stone cold so when I asked if I could have fresh food, the reply was that I couldn't have fresh food because it was my fault they couldn't find my car. Won't be eating here again

Came to this McDonalds on the way home from our 5⭐️ restraunt meal because let’s be real portion sizes in those places are suitable for men like me (if you get what i mean?) Me and the hubby both got a meal, I had a quarter pounder meal and he has a chicken big mac, he’s made frequent emphasis on the fact this burger needs to become part of the permanent menu because it was just exceptional, 10/10 he gave it. Staff were also absolutely lovely, food came out in top speeds, must of hit a top of 30mph in that kitchen ?️?️ Would visit again and would recommend as a mcdoanlds for my friends and family to go to?????? #KENTUCKYFRIEDCHICKEN #BURGERKING #NANDOS #PIZZAHUT #DOMINOS #TESCO nowhere has anything on this place???

Absolutely disgusting! Had McDonalds mc delivery and every single time they get it wrong and absolutely ruin it! Miss out half my order and always forget straws and drinks and on this occasion I even phoned just after ordering to prevent this from happening to tell them to get it right and still got it wrong! Then when I phone back to tell them do nothing to help just pass me a number to get a refund. This McDonald’s is apauling and the staff really do not care or take any care in their job!!!!

Popped in on Saturday morning for a latte cheese and egg McMuffin. It quickly became apparent that a lot of customers were waiting a long time for their orders and when they did come they were wrong. After a 20 minute wait I was still hopeful my order would arrive. 5 mins later it duly arrived. I excitedly opened the muffin to find it comprised of two dry bits of muffin with no filling!!!! I handed it back to a waitress and then went back to my table as I thought I could at least enjoy my coffee. Sadly not. It turned out to be a sickly sweet caramel latte when I ordered a normal latte. Two items both wrong! Where did it all go wrong?

Called in hear at 19:30 throu the drive throu waited almost an hour for are food after we went in to ask where it was to be told that they are sorting it after an hour we eventually got our food that was cold that we could not eat as my partner is pregnant abosolute joke staff need better management burger king it is from now
Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Order and wait 20-30 minutes for a meal which is stone cold. Definitely bypassing next time.

I can do here with my family after hearing I won the lottery so we thought we’d celebrate george davies was the nicest sweetest kind hearted person. He always had a smile on his face and didn’t let anything bother him and was helpful to pic a celebration meal. The entry to this branch is on the left as you turn in to the petrol station, it’s not clearly signed. To use the drive through, drive around the car park and you will see the lane to take. It’s arguably more convenient to use the app and park in one of the nine collection bays.Vegetarian options: The McPlant is one of the best burgers available at any fast food chain. This meat eater loves them.Parking: Plenty of spaces, there is a time limit but it’s fairly generous.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the place.Wheelchair accessibility: Very good.

I came here after work to get a meal a couple weeks ago and the service and absolute immaturity was unbelievable. The employees where throwing chips at each other and got my order wrong, I’ve come today giving them a second chance just to get the exact same service but this time directly towards me. The so called “man” George was trying to accuse me of taking a photo of him, he then also gave our order to the wrong person and make a comment about it to us. I’ve took a photo of another post just so people are completely aware who to doge
