Very much an old school boozer vibe. Half the beers off and less than spotless. Staff and locals know each other and some.. characters. Beer was fine and toilets surprisingly good.

The death of what was an awesome pub. Crap music, crap bar staff, crap pub. At best there were 20 people in at 9.30 on a Friday night. Hope they go bankrupt.

First visit to this pub on the Congleton Jass Festival weekend & such a great atmosphere on arrival there, the pub was really busy but was still able to get served quickly at the bar & able to get a seat.It also has a great seating area at the back of the pub with plenty of seating.Not sure if it does food though.

Good beer and beer choices but just sat down with a nice beer and dreadful music started blaring out. Just an awful cd and blaring. If you want a quiet pint other pubs are available.
