I hate KFC and would never go there.Just the thought of it, seeing the rats run around thr place on dark winter evenings gives me the shudders.Could knock everyone down down for me.

Absolutely awful - only good thing were the beans!Chicken had no flavour at all (think they’ve forgotten the ‘secret recipe’Chicken pieces were dry and tasteless and drumsticks were greasy with hardly any meat.All chicken pieces were a lot smaller than normal - chips were awful.Don’t buy from here - needs shutting down!

I've had consistently positive experiences at KFC and wanted to share my thoughts on their service. Whether using the drive-thru or dining in, KFC has consistently provided great service.The drive-thru service has always been quick, and I've never had to wait excessively long for my order. Even when dining in, I've found the service to be prompt, with a clean and tidy environment that looks smart inside. There are plenty of places to park, making it convenient to visit.The staff at KFC have always been nice enough, making the overall experience pleasant. I've found the location to be a great alternative to the store on the retail park, as the food is consistently hot and correct for the order.In summary, KFC offers a reliable and efficient service, whether you're in a rush at the drive-thru or looking for a quick meal inside. With friendly staff and consistently hot and accurate food, it's a go-to option for fast food cravings.

I ordered kfc family bucket today for birthday celebration with my family and friends,food no taste, no flaver, most of the pieces are bones nobody enjoy the food.only spoiling the brand name.not recommended like this food.

Tonight my family ate kfc here. When I got home, I had stomach pain, my wife also had stomach pain and constant diarrhea. My son vomited all evening. Normally when we come to eat, we have to wait for a long time for our food. But today we called and only waited 5 minutes for the food to be ready. The chicken wings were very cold and everything was not hot. I feel disappointed

After a very bad experience at the "Grand Juction Retail Park" branch on the 13.01.2024 where I got a refund on poor quality cold food we visited here! What a difference! On entering the restaurant we were greeted by a nice relaxed atmosphere, polite staff who knew what they were doing, prompt efficient service and most of all HOT, TASTY food!We visited again today "23.01.2024" and the same level of service was given even though a lot busier today. Prompt, quick and cheerful service by "Darren J" and I must say it was the tastiest KFC I've ever had and I've had loads in my time as KFC is my all time favourite takeaway restaurant. This restaurant is now our go to Branch in Crewe so many thanks to Darren and his team for a great KFC experience! We'll be back very soon! Cheers!

There was no drinks available and then I got served soggy slimy chicken that looked disgusting almost asif it was just above raw I tried 2 pieces of chicken but could have any more I had ordered a 6 piece original and 3 spicy wings,
