Fabulous lunch time meal. The menu is comprehensive with a wide choice of food and is different/ creative from most typical pubs in and around the area. Our food was cooked to perfection and did not disappoint.The service was excellent bar staff attentive however the waitress m Ella, was “special” and a great ambassador for the Boars head, We will be back next month with friends .

​I had a fantastic meal here recently and can't recommend it enough. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious—everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor.
​What really made the evening stand out, however, was the service. Karen was incredibly helpful throughout our visit; she was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality.

This is my second time eating at Giovanni's. On each occasion I have been on business and eating alone. This is a great find on a stretch of road close to the railway station with very few proper eating options. What makes the restaurant a perfect midweek choice for me is there are no surprises. The menu of traditional Italian fare is exactly what I want to see. Don't be adventurous, just feed people and feed them well. On my first visit I made the mistake of ordering Albondigas as a starter and a main course pasta. Mistake, becuase I was stuffed. The Albondigas were fabulous and there were 4 - by the time the pasta arrived I was already full. Second visit I simply ordered some bread and oil as a starter. A pile of lovely breads arrived! These people are feeders. Come hungry, the portions are very generous, very tasty and very reasonably priced.

we came because i am a huge fan of harry styles. was a bit daunting as i was worried we’d be a burden but the lady who served us was so so lovely. im vegetarian so had the cheese and onion pasty which was lush :) my sister had a sausage roll which was also yummy. the harry editions were very cute

I’ve been buying food from Thai Taste in Crewe for many years, and I’ve always been very happy with the quality. The food is always fresh, full of flavour and really aromatic, and the prices are very good.

The service is always very quick, and the food is always served really hot. In fact, by the time I get home, it’s still so hot that I have to wait a little while for it to cool down before I can eat it!

The staff take great care to keep everything clean and tidy. They are always friendly, smiling and very helpful, which makes every visit a pleasure.

A big thank you to everyone at Thai Taste for all your hard work! I really appreciate what you do and I would highly recommend this place to everyone. If you haven’t tried it yet, you definitely should — great food, great service, quick service and very good prices!

What an absolute gem of a find! A friend and I came to Crewe for some girl time and a stay at Crewe Hall Hotel. We wanted brunch and a catch up for our first day and I happened upon the Open Mind Cafe. The food was great - I had avocado and poached egg on sourdough, and my friend had the granola. They were so accommodating when I asked for a modification to mine and service was great. Also a lovely vibe - chilled, welcoming and friendly.

We were so pleased with everything, we came back on the Saturday for lunch before we headed home - the Buddha bowl and smoothies were delish also.

Can't recommend enough - reasonably priced, good service and very tasty food. Oh, I left with a piece of the almond and chocolate cake and omg - I wish I'd bought more! ? It's sooo good - if it weren't far from where we live, it would be a regular haunt for me!

If I'm in Crewe again, I will absolutely be back and I'll try one of the classes downstairs.

Brilliant work, team - thank you for adding to what was a lovely visit and quality time with my friend - it feels like you work hard and really care about what you do there and what you're trying to create, and it really makes a difference ? ?

Thought I’d give the new Indian menu a try and was pleasantly surprised how good the food was given it is a pizza shop! Ordered the chicken tikka garlic and lamb pathia, both full of flavour and generous amount of meat. The chicken tikka was flavourful and the lamb was soft and tender. Also got the naga donner with chips which was very nice and spicy, and a great portion size too. Their mint sauce is also excellent. Service was good and will be back again.
