Poor. Ordered full breakfast and southern fried chicken burger. Tomato missing from both. No coleslaw. All was cold. Didn’t send back or complain because they were so busy and we didn’t have time to wait. Other customers also complained and sent food back. Very disappointing. Not particularly cheap either. Will not return. Standards aren’t what they used to be. Also dirty dishes everywhere, tray store full. Not enough staff me thinks !!!!

We are doing our groceries, and the machine frozen right after we made the payment. They obligued us to check out all items again and pay again for it, even I showing them that the money was taken from my bank account. More than £150, we payed and asked at the time the refund for the first payment, they only open a request for refund one week later, after we requested it four times. We tried everything to get our money back and they keep saying that they can't do anything about it. Never going back. And if you like to have your money, I would suggest to you never going there as well.

A little rough around the edges - needs a refurb, but great breakfasts (haven't tried anything else) and service.Scrambled eggs on toast are perfect.

Loads of spaces, the biggest carpark for a supermarket in Crewe maybe. 2 hours free parking.Really good hot food section, but wish there was more “proper food” i.e. ham, chicken thighs/wings etc, with different seasoning instead of a lot of the chicken nuggets and wedges/chips.Has a nice little selection of clothes, just wish the children’s clothes had a bigger selection as the clothes are fantastic quality and an amazing fit (if you’re children are slim you have to try these clothes).Nice cafe with plenty of seating.Nice clean toilets. But with the cost of everything at the moment, the prices of things here has also gone up. So not a cheap supermarket if that’s what you’re looking for.

Good supermarket. Good array of fruits, veg and fresh meat. Well laid out. Very occasional queues at the self check out but they don't last long. ATM machine at the back. Friendly staff.

✨ Inferior, stale and, twice, damaged goods; Defensive, rude, unhappy, challenging and pugnacious operatives, at several levels; A customer service line that is unworthy of the title with waiting times exceeding 65 minutes; Prices that make one wince; A ten week wait for a More card; Smelly toilets and a revolting, unwelcoming stench starting outside the premises that's clearly emanating from blocked or collapsed drains, this has been the unacceptable catalogue of incidents and my overall experience at Morrison’s, Crewe, since I began shopping with them three months ago. In this country, we have, I think, allowed ourselves to be lulled into an appallingly poor level of care, attention and consideration in general by suppliers but from what I have seen of this abysmal outfit, they really do abuse their position as alleged leaders in the supermarket field. They are even worse, if that were possible, than ASDA and that is an accolade I am very pleased to award them and one which they richly deserve. Sell up and get out of the business, Morrison’s. All the evidence suggests that you're not fit to run a mug club!CHRISTOPHER LAWLER

Nice supermarket, nice fresh fruit and vegetables. Good selection of flowers, which always look fresh. Store is evenly spaced, a party selection area- can have balloons pumped up. Layout is well signed. Overall prices are average.

My self and husband went for a meal .the other day the tables that were empty were dirty. There was no clean cutlery. Coffee machine wasn't working properly. No sweetners my husband had go buy some. My husband had goask for his toast. .other people were looking for clean tables. When my husband went to ask for missing toast no oppolagies were given.servise was diabolical this is now second time we have found it disgusting .there wont be a third time.I think heath and safety should be informed.

Tried to pick up a to good to go bag but they were full of just bread. Morrisons in Nantwich is much better although a smaller store.

The breakfast we got was absolutely shocking. I got avocado and poached egg on toast and I was not impressed, one egg was already cut open and the other was snotty inside ? the avocado was like slush and tasted of lemon, a very overpowering taste too. My partner got a full breakfast and that was not very nice either with big chunks of fat on the bacon. Will not be returning here.
