This evening we chose Nandos in Crewe amongst the fierce competitors locally. We are not regulars to Nandos and unsure what the procedure was to order our food and drinks. We were seated, menus provided and asked if we had visited Nandos recently, in which we replied no! The staff member then walked off and stood by the tills. 20 minutes later he walked passed us without any acknowledgement despite us trying to raise his attention. An absolutely awful customer experience, so walked out!

What a blight on the Nando’s brand. QR Code Ordering on phone Staff had to come and check what drinks we wanted. Was their printer not working? Food was just Nando’s, the basic good quality which hasn’t changed in a decade or more Table not cleared after we finished. Three staff were refilling yoghurt machine. When we ordered deserts. Desserts not served. They denied we had ordered. Again, was their printer not working. After chasing deserts, they arrived. We had to ask the staff to clear the table. Waiter dropped knives and forks when clearing table and kicked them under the next table Eight youths causing trouble two tables down - clipping and jostling - they then went outside and fought themselves in the car park for twenty minutes around patrons cars. They didn’t seem to have any food on their table. Just two drinks. This is not a pub. Crap service, intimidating surroundings - food was fine

throughout our meal the young girls on the floor were gathering in groups laughing and giggling with each other which when unnoticed towards a few tables,they also were completing jobs in couples and we noticed the ignored delivery staff when walking through the door to collect food they didn’t bat an eyelid to the fact delivery drivers were stood there to which they then proceed to giggle and walk into the kitchen laughing telling different memebers of staff!

Terrible customer service! Wrong order and the supervisor on shift couldn’t care less and didn’t want to resolve the problem! Shouldn’t be in a customer service role especially not a supervisor with a bad attitude like that and no care that after spending £60 our tea was ruined with missing items! Not to mention we waited nearly an hour for it anyway!

Average and overpriced. It's nothing special, but did its job well enough. I'm not in a rush to go back.

Really good meal and enjoyed the new items on the menu. We were served by a young lady called Lauren who was super polite and lovely. Service was quick and food was delicious. The atmosphere was really good, only thing we picked up on was that a certain member of staff was constantly walking around like she did not want to be there, the one with the red hair. Maybe she was having a bad day but genuinely looked like she would rather be any where else (a smile wouldn’t hurt). Other than that it was a really good experience.

New management? First visit in a while, the restaurant and toilets are so much cleaner. Very pleasant experience

Decided to try Nando’s takeaway service for the first time this weekend. Placed order for collection later in the day at pre-booked time. Arrived in time, was greeted by friendly staff and asked to take a seat. Must have been sitting for 30 seconds before being told food ready. After a 7 minute drive home with the food it was still piping hot and very tasty. Highly recommended, we will be back..

Arrived just before closing time, sat down with menus, ordered at 19:50 after being told the kitchen shuts at 20:00. And the staff said the kitchen is closed…. So now we’re waiting for a lift with no food

We arrived at 7:30pm and had to wait for a couple of friends to join us, with no mention of the kitchen closing soon on arrival. At 7:45pm we asked what time the kitchen stopped taking orders as we wanted to be sure we had enough time. We were told 8pm the kitchen will close. A couple minutes later we went up to the counter to order and were told the kitchen was already closed. I understand that it was close to the kitchen closing but it had only been minutes before that we asked about the time and we’re under the impression we still had 15 minutes to order. We were also sat near the counter with menus out on the table so it was disappointing that no member of staff communicated with us about this, even though there were lots of team members stood about.

To start with we were sat down and thought all was well unfortunately the waiter that then served us was down putting and almost looked like he wanted to serve anyone but us. The ketchup was NOT kid friendly and accessible to anyone the same waiter then said I had to get a knife and insert it to actually gain any of the sauce. After all of this the only good part was an incredible waitress Emily who had Incredible manners and was very professional. The only reason I might come back is if she is working.

Never been to the crewe one before untill today. I wasn't overly impressed. Cutlery was filthy, food was average and had to wipe down my own table. Not worth 12 odd quid for a tiny wrap and a few sides with the service and expierience. Won't go again but food wasn't bad just abit chainy and can get better somewhere eles.

Great little restaurant, was not overly busy when we arrived, staff were absolutely brilliant and attentive. Saw us taking photos and offered to take a group photo for us without being asked.\\n\\nThe gentlemen serving us took a real interest to ensure everything was right for us. Only wish I got his name to properly commend him. Always had a smile which is a sign he enjoys the job and to me shows that this nandos has a good working environment too.

Having moved to the area, this was the first time we had visited the Crewe restaurant.\\nAlthough the staff were very friendly and everywhere was relatively clean and tidy, we arrived and ordered at 6. 41 but didn't receive our food until 7.25! Apparently they had run out of chicken thighs, but no one came and advised us that there would be a delay, or offer us an alternative so not to wait. I always thought the manager was in charge of the restaurant and supervised what went on - obviously not!\\nDon't think I will return - once again, Nandos has failed to deliver!

Due to the high volume of deliveroo business, this place has a separate point for such collections. It's commonly confused with the point of ordering, annoying! They need to sign post this as order collection point. When I was directed to the correct order point a swarthy young lad, full of attitude, took my order, reluctantly. It seemed a surprise to him that someone wanted to order food at the food order point! I asked for some piri piri nuts as a starter, annoyingly yet unsurprisingly they did not arrive. Attitude rarely equals efficiency. My Meal arrived fine, it was just as good as nandos always is. On departure I went back and explained about my missing nuts, where the manager refunded me without any grace or apology for my inconvenience. I guess where the management lack professionalism, it follows the same will be true for the staff and indeed it was.
