Food from here is normally OK from what I've had but prior to recent experience I don't know if I will return.due to falsley advertising via foodhub that they were open and accepting the order for the fact of waiting 1 hour 30 minutes to ring up no answer and for foodhub to ring up and no answer but then to Internet search for address which stated it was closed and now having to wait for 5 days for refund through foodhub and having to order else where and wait has caused a very unpleasant experience

No meat on ribs, just pieces of fat and meat was very very dry. Not much flavouring on the dish. Usually fine but this time very disappointing. Also found a piece of metal in the onion.Rice was spot on.

Very poor first experience. No meat, just fat on the spare ribs.Crispy beef was not crispy, but was soggy and very very chewy.Rice & Soup was good.Good portion size all round, but quality of the main meals were very very poor.

Great quality food at good prices. Always used KO's Kitchen until it closed but Pings is a good replacement ?

After trying most of the Chinese takeaways Pings is the best Chinese food we have had. Prawn roast and ribs were yum. The best hot and sour soup and overall a great experience.

Lovely food, piping hot, on time, probably the best takeaway we’ve had in a long time

Not the best to be fair. Sweet sour sauce mostly vinegar. Prawn toast not nice. King prawns were nice though.

Don’t understand 1 star review. It’s so good love the sweet and sour sauce, they have dumplings and char siu buns which are amazing and I know other Chinese s in the area don’t sell these.

I have been ordering from Pings for a long time now and never had reason to complain until tonight, I placed my order online which was all straight forward and I waited for an hour and a half before it came, It was all piping hot as usual, I ordered sweet and sour pork but when I ate it there was no pork in it to speak about, it was either pieces of gristle in batter or just crunchy batter in the sauce, it was inedible so I just ate the fried rice and the a few chips that I could eat as most of these were rock hard, the so called pork in the sweet and sour was also very dark compared to how it usually comes making me think it may have been reheated, cannot recommend the sweet and sour tonight it’s very disappointing, but the other things I ordered were very good as normally are.

The restaurant delivered a wrong order, I was so disappointed and ruined my evening...I wouldn't bothering ordering. I will be going back to usual restaurant.

I had a raw spare rib and one with no meat just cartilage. 1/4 duck was large but soggy skin not crispy. Chicken and sweetcorn soup was sugar water with a little chicken and sweetcorn, where was the flavour? The customer service was horrendous from the screaming woman in the background (not the lady on the counter) it went on and on for ages but clearly they didn’t want to give me any money back, after more from the screaming woman I’d had enough and wanted a full refund for the poor customer service as well as the shocking food. A man called me back, I showed him on FaceTime and sent him the photos. He texted me back to get my refund, I texted him back but he’d already blocked me. All this for under £20!!!
