I've never had any issues and always had great service until my last order. Last night my order came wrong and also missing 1 of my large pizza's but it was the response of the staff that made me a happy customer as who ever dealt with my phone call couldn't apologise enough. Everyone makes mistakes but it was their response to getting my correct order back to me in super fast time with a sincere apology. Post people complain how it ruined their night or meal whatever but for me nothing was ruined. Everyone can make a mistake or have a blunder but it is how you respond to it is what should be looked at and in my case last night I had 5 star customer service.

So initially, I really wanted to order Caprinos but my husband wanted to try the Pizza Hut here in Crewe. Take note: the Pizza Hut is famous in Asia and there the pizza was great. So I was like, okay then let's see if its OK or better than Caprinos. Delivery was fast, but shockingly, the pizzas are not what we expected. Toppings are fine but the pizza dough and base, is so thin and floppy that it looks undercooked. So my husband rang and reported, manager was happy to replace. I told my husband what if it's still the same when they replace it. And guess what, I was right! Pizza still very floppy, bends easily, I have never seen a pizza like that before, even my 2 year old probably would have made a better pizza that stands still and is soggy or floppy. My son couldn't even hold it and put it in his mouth as everything just falls off! Such a shame, please don't ruin how we used to see pizza hut as its famous in Philippines and Singapore were I've lived before. Even the real Italians would be shocked why such pizza base is made like that, so is it the dough? Basically I wasted £33.98 , really disappointed. Could've made my own pizza. Guys, report this to your factory or whoever does your pizza base/dough. That's all. Rant over.

Order my food the time for delivery changed four time was getting later then food finally came. I ordered cheese garlic bread, but had no cheese and no garlic and was like cardboard. The pizzas were still cold.I paid 35 quid for rubbish. I will not be returning and my pizza are in bin.

Not had PH for a while, very disappointed with it. Tasted very different to normal. Kids refused to eat it!Parking: You have to use full side streets or park on double yellows or far away. Free parking outside but limited space and full most the time!

Disappointed at first. I’ve ordered a cheesy garlic bread slices to come with the rest of the food I’ve ordered and they haven’t turned up. Rest of the food I’ve ordered was nice. I phoned up to see if they could bring it to me and they said they will.

Worst pizza crust ever. It was like chewing leather. In fact the crust was so tough the pizza wasn't even sliced all the way through... it was like they used a really dull knife and only scored the surface.
