Great location easy access from train station and friendly team. Other than that it’s a totally standard premier inn exactly as you’d expect it to be.

This was our 4th visit to this premier inn. Unfortunately it maybe our last. The room and staff are good and we have no complaints about the hotel itself. The eatery attached to the hotel was poor. The breakfast was very poor. Cold beans and hash browns. The fried eggs were rock hard so I had the scrambled eggs, these were cold also. My husband asked for fresh cooked fried egg as he likes them soft and a bit runny. She bought them out and said they were fresh only they were hard. Got to have been the worse cooked breakfast I've had. More staff needed.Food & drinks: Not the best eatery. Food quality on this occasion was poor.

Being a Premier Inn, you know what you will get. This one is of the expected standard. Reception staff were friendly, as were the Brewers Fayre staff next door.Being in an industrial area there is some noise early in the morning, not an issue with the window closed.

The room was spacious and comfortable, thankfully we were able to walk in and gain a room within 30 minutes.Safety: the security was top notch for it's location as an incident involving me and my partner was thankfully avoided, I offer my thanks to the staff for maintaining their professionalism when I enquired about the details.

Just spent two weeks here for a work training course, the staff are lovely & extremely helpful. My room was warm, cosy and the bed very comfortable. I slept very well, in fact too well. Room was clean and spacious. Location was very good as close to the station and high street, also close by to our office.
Stayed here for work the gentleman behind the desk was very helpful and friendly. Had a little issue with the key card but got it sorted ?

Needed the hotel for a quick work related trip to crew. It was adequate. Well kept and clean. Not the best location if you are looking for views and luxury. However, it is the perfect location for proximity to Crewe station. It is close to a busy road and depending on which side of the hotel you are on, you may be affected. Staff are great, lovely people. Always happy to help and very professional.

Very hot rooms especially in warm weather. No fan in our room. Reception didn't have one to give either. Ventilation in our room has gathered do must dust u could see it needed cleaning for at list air to cone through the vent which Receptionist tried to teach an adult who could read how to use Ventilation control wall mounted buttons ?. My baby managed to sleep though as I have to have window open all night with curtains part to one side to allow air in. Toilet stunked of urine. Location very good and quiet. Breakfast was at a brewery restaurant next door. Service was fantasticRooms: I was just disappointed with the hot rooms especially without a standing fan to add to the already inbuilt vent. Receptionist turned it up at the back she said when I did go ask for a standing fan. But it really didn't make much difference especially after a while u couldn't even tell if the air conditioning was on or off.

It's not a 5 star hotel but this one is as good as you can expect a Premier Inn. Always clean and what you expect. This one was laid out well so felt like it had more room even though there obviously wasn't. Had some extra shelves compared with other PIs we've stayed in which really helped.Great location near to M6 and even though it's by a main road there wasn't traffic all the time and we couldn't hear it during the night so it was still quiet.The staff were lovely and when we arrived they were very chatty and nice. We also had some little gifts for the kids which is something extra from other PIs we have stayed in before. We have family near by and we will definitely book here for future family gatherings.
