The hotel itself is good. Unfortunately I kept having problems with my room card. The ventilation in the bathroom didn't work properly and what was also a bit annoying was that there was no shelf for shampoos in the shower. The breakfast is okay, but too simple for the price.

Older styles rooms with no AC.Otherwise, pretty much what you'd expect from a Premier Inn.

The rooms here are very good and better than many supposedly more up market hotel brands, the beds are very good.Nice staff.Poor bus service in this location (not the hotel’s fault I know, just letting people know). Most people will be more interested in parking which is no problem.

Welcoming and polite staff. The room was spotless and the breakfast served in the restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious.

Unfortunately they have the “sacred” rule about not one checkin before 15:00, even 14:57 they have the people waiting to start checking.

The staff in the hotel were lovely. Was ask upon arrival if I was a British citizen ?Hotel was abit run down and needed revamping. Ceiling in the corridor was falling apart and looked very run down. Bedroom had cobweb hanging from ceiling. Radiator in the bedroom didn’t work, bathroom shower wasn’t very powerful outside the bathroom was damaged.Staff at the restaurant saw I was waiting didn’t acknowledge me, as you have to be greeted at the door and taken to your seat. After waiting five minutes I went up to staff member and ask if I would be greeted. He told me to wait at the entrance after waiting ten minutes in total i went to them bar. The bar staff excuse was the staff are in a world of their own- that’s no excuse for poor behaviour. The staff was very polite dealt with the issue very professionally another member of staff overheard and had me seated quite quickly. As they weren’t very busy. I was given a drink on the house as a way of an apology. The breakfast I weren’t to keen on, bacon was slightly burnt. Eggs were over done due to being on a hot plate and the hash browns were little hard.Bed was comfy and slept like a baby.Don’t offer late checkout - which found disappointing. Hotel was hidden missed my turning.Apart from not least positive feedback the stay was okay.

The premier inn has a beefeater restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and Dinner as well as a nice bar area to sit and relax. This premier inn is a buy one so do book in advance if you’re planning on staying in one of their rooms. Always a good standard from the premier hotels. When family come to visit they like to stop here and we have a slap up feed in the beefeaterNearby activities: The Queens park and Nantwich town and of course Bentley motors show room.Walkability: Busy road but walking is possibleFood & drinks: Great beefeater restaurant attached

SUCH lovely staff in SUCH a filthy place. There was literally a bogie stuck to the wall in my room, and my friends in another room found hairs stuck to the wall in their shower that definitely did not belong to either of them. If I could give zero stars I would, this place was utterly rank. But again, everyone on the staff was so lovely and welcoming and friendly - no idea how they dropped the ball so hard on the cleaning when they're so committed to all other aspects of their work.
