Food wasn’t very good, Mac and cheese was watery and not very cheesy, salted caramel cookie brownie didn’t taste of much and wasn’t very good, the brownie part is weirdly soft and not much flavour and the cookie part also didn’t have much flavour

Just went in for a drink on Sunday lunchtime, very busy ,but the staff who were on duty did a reasonable job.Been again today, it seems as though there is different management.Really lovely hot food, very well presented and served. The only complaints would be a dirty table wish didn't look like it had been cleaned since yesterday and the beer glasses were not very clean. But everything else was lovely.

Sad to say we did not enjoy the slow service or our just warm Beef Lasagne :0(. They did offer to replace the wilted brown edged salad but we declined and quickly ate, for us, our poorly prepared meal....then left. Not being the best at complaining we both decided never to go there again.

I got the ultimate southern fried chicken burger. Was very succulent and tasty, until disaster struck, I thought it was a weird tasting bit of iceberg lettuce, but low and behold it was a piece of plastic (probably from the wrapper of the cheese slice on the burger). When I told someone about this, they just said "sorry about that" and took the plate away. Granted I didn't ask to speak to the manager as I'm not confrontational, however I felt like they handled this situation poorly.

On arrival two staff talking behind bar. I had booked a table but told go and find a table. Not very welcoming. Sat down then went to order meal, asked young lady which beer they sold that was not a gassed beer, “don't know” was the reply. Another waitress came to the table put down a tray with cutlery etc not a hello, smile welcome. Did not utter one word. No part did anyone visit to see if the meal was satisfactory or if we needed a further drink, again very poor. On leaving two waitresss passed us no smile,no acknowledgment, no thank you nothing.The general staff atmosphere was much to be desired.Food wise the chips were hard and undercooked. Sorry nothing really to shout about.

There was 12 of us and 1 of the child meals was last to be brought out and was 10mins after all adults had there meals brought out being a child’s order you would think this would be a priority, some of the meals were poor value for money and 2 of the mega mixed grills were very over cooked , it was a very disappointing visitKid-friendliness: Children’s meals should be priority and not brought out last to a big table of meals

Clean and served quickly, food quality and value for money not so much we ordered a kids cheeseburger meal £5.50 loads of fries and good size burger the fries were so crispy you couldn’t put on a fork without them breaking, then an adults burger meal just under £12 the burger was the same size as kids but with 2 burgers a bit of lettuce burger sauce and a few pieces of crispy bacon although you wouldn’t know they were on it.same amount of fries as the kids meal which to be fair the kids meal was definitely the better deal,all the burger patties were dry so overall a disappointing visit and not once did anyone come to us during the meal to ask if all was ok.
