I am a bit bemused that a business on a railway station could be so unprofessionaly run. The staff behind the counter could not get people's order correct. There was a lack of communication. The customer service was lacking there was even a hint of rudeness in the to e of voice by the person serving. When .I wet to collect my drink she said in a abrupt voice that's not yours. I think retraining.is needed here.

Stodgy undercooked baguette with all of about 5p worth of filling. Moreover, the filling that was in there was dried out and hard. Needed a grab and go for the train journey, shouldn’t have bothered!

Great place to get breakfast just before a train and knowing I'll miss lunch. There's a good deal on a pastry and coffee. The breakfast roll is really delicious. The staff seem rushed off their feet.

If you’re charging £20 for a sandwich, crisps and a drink - the least you could do is ask the staff to smile and use some manners.

Your staff were amazing....Needed my phone charging... A kiosk on the station wanted £20.00In a conversation with Hannah she lent me her personal charger whilst i ate my sandwich... She saved the day....

Was asked to leave my table as I had finished eating due to it being busy! Not impressed….is this usual policy???

Staff were amazing, very friendly and waited patiently whilst I was trying to find the words I was looking for ( I'm highly anxious and find it hard to speak sometimes)

Limited to baguettes - which they could heat up. Crispy bread but limp lettuce. We had Brie and ham and cheese.

Myself and other people at here and we ALL got sick straight after eating, I don't think it was coincidence, I would not go here again

Can't believe breakfast roles are in the open, no packaging and right by queueing people, (coughing etc)to then be warmed in a microwave and sold for £4.80! Disgusting prices
