Not a problem with this particular BK itself, but the software on the order kiosks... Do you really feel the need to pester about "Hey would you like this!?" every single time an item is added or we go to check out? Beyond annoying, absolutely ridiculous.Kid-friendliness: There's a soft play in the building but I've never seen it open. Not sure what the situation is there.

Poor quality food, the burger was warm at best. it is a very dismal place to eat in, dark & dingy to say the least. Neither of the cold drinks dispensers were working properly & the place ovrall didn't look that clean. Needs some serious work doing here to get it to a decent standard.

I couldn't fault the food we received and a big improvement was that i was able to get hot drinks.The one downside was my daughter ordered vegan nuggets. The nuggets were on the app and the ordering machine, however, she noticed that the nuggets she was about to be given were not vegan. It appears they don't do them at this branch. My daughter was given a refund.

This was my first time ever in burger king and came with multiple friends with me. We decided to eat in and order on the screen. First of all, the receipt didnt come out so i had to go to front for it. Secondly all my friends got their food and i didnt have it i asked the staff multiple times where it was, as it was on the collect screen and they muttered swear words and barely did anything about it. About 10 minutes later (when my friends were finished with their food mine arrived.Id also like to speak about the atmosphere around it. (1-5) people inside of the shop but about 20 meals to collect now. And the staff, 2 people outside watching tiktok in uniform and about 10 people in the kitchen, 1 on fries, 1 on register and the majority of the rest were just talking.Overall the food was the only good part.I would put the service a zero if i could.But i will certainly not be eating here again.?

Waited half an hour with only 2 other people in store. Drinks machine barely works and when it does it tasted like cleaning product, staff attitude stinks.Only in chester for a few days visiting and this is by far the worst burger King I've been in and I travel internationally for a living.

Kiosks didn’t work. Went to Tom at the till to order and was told to go use the kiosks. Told him they ain’t working and he said only 1 works. Tried using the kiosk that supposedly worked and wouldn’t let me pay so had to go back up to the till again. Overall he seemed lazy and not got the best attitude.also just difficult to communicate my order to him because of the attitude. Few customers behind us also said the same about all the kiosks working. It’s a Monday and there was hardly any customers here and was just standing around the front, what’s so difficult about just serving us at the till?
